The place is super clean and quiet. It seems to be recently remodeled. Appliances are new and easy to use. Convenient for driving to the South Lake Tahoe. The bunker bed provides good flexibility for different combination of travelers. I would definitely recommend and love to stay here again if we visit South Lake Tahoe area in the future.

This was an amazing place for our girls weekend trip! Lots of space and great outdoor patio space with a relaxing view. Six minute walk to downtown and felt very safe taking the little bridge over the freeway. Centrally located to a ton of wineries. Gave a homey vibe we could all relax in with a great cooking space and a kitchen island. Hope we get to return!

We had a great stay. The house is very clean, and the kitchen is fully stocked. Awesome balcony for eating breakfast and viewing the forest. Surrounded by trees, it feels peaceful and serene. Close to the Safeway, which is just a few minutes drive. Quick 10 minute drive down to the lake for hiking. Fast wifi. Good climate control including central AC and heat, as well as a house fan. Very responsive hosts. Check-in was easy with clear instructions. We look forward to staying again!

A true gem in Lake Tahoe! A beautifully serene landscape in a quiet and charming neighborhood. Super close to the lake and river which was incredible for our family! We appreciated the great communication from Clark and the cleanliness of the home. Very thoughtful suggestions and instructions throughout the home. It was perfect for our family of 5. Paula’s place is great! It’s really nice and the pictures don’t do it justice. The serene landscape, farm animals, and sweet antique decor make it feel like an escape to grandmas house! Complete with a sweet snack upon arrival.

This a beautiful home in the perfect location! Had a girls trip weekend and it was so close to everything we could possibly need. Comfortable beds, great gathering areas, and a whole bunch of fun! Would book again if we are ever back in the Tahoe area!

We liked that it felt like a family cabin, not something put together just to rent out. Updated kitchen and bathroom. At the end of a dead end street so very private and quiet with a walking trail right out the door.

Modern rustic, aesthetically pleasing decor, peaceful & serene location, bucolic sunrises, close drive to Stagecoach, cozy tiny kitchen, personal touches in bathroom & kitchen - like: makeup cloths, mouthwash, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea, Keurig pods, chapsticks & hand sanitizer, family friendly games, 2 modern fireplaces & battery operated candles, make for a pure escape into the mountains & trees, close to the clandestine most beautiful lake. I only wish the hot tub was available year round, especially after a glorious day shredding the slopes! Thank you to Michael - for being attentive to details & design, available to queries, & flexible with plans. Our family, including our Samoyed, Nicco, enjoyed our stay & adventures in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains! 🏔️ It was really hard to leave & look forward to returning soon!

This experience exceeded our expectations! Wendy and Richard are the best hosts we have encountered, the space is top notch and well appointed, the view from the balcony is exquisite…close to markets, shops, and great restaurants. If you like to bike like we do, this location is only a short drive to the American River Bike Trail, which is a Class 1 trails/no cars, for 32 beautiful miles one way! We were sad to leave, but will be back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place! It was very clean, including the outdoor pool. The kitchen and coffee bar were well-stocked. Ashley was quick to respond when we reached out to her. The house was in a great location near restaurants, stores, and outdoor recreation. I would highly recommend!

We loved staying at this air bnb, there were a couple things missing or broken that we needed, laundry detergent, etc. all in all though great neighborhood and place to book for a couple of nights. For anyone else booking for the summer time, there was no AC although the fans work great and open windows at night too. It was perfect for smaller company, for us it was just 2 people and the area was absolutely lovely, we would definitely recommend!

Cozy condo perfect for a quick ski trip to Heavenly. Could have walked to the lift but we drove and it only took a few minutes. Nick is an excellent host, always communicative and helpful.

We had a great 2 nights stay here. It’s kind of at a perfect spot where most good spots are like 10min by car and is peaceful at the same time. This area also has some nice hikes. Host is very responsive and even offered us an 8am checkin proactively a day in advance which was super cool and convenient. Definitely recommend staying here.

This property was great! Beautiful property with beautiful views. Omar was incredibly attentive and responded quickly to our questions. There was an issue with the hot water heater, and Omar came over with a repairman even though it was snowing and stayed until the issue was fixed. Then they comped us an extra night! Excellent service at a great price - will definitely stay again :)

We were there for a weekend wedding and this was a perfect location to be near the venue. Mike was responsive and very friendly. We were able to relax, enjoy the forest views from the big windows, and take beautiful hikes along the trails adjacent to the unit. The welcome binder was helpful with tidbits of information that also included restaurant recommendations, although some have closed. It was a perfect place that met all our expectations.

Enjoyed our stay at Crawford Cottage. Check in/check out was super easy, and Cristy was a friendly and responsive host. The home is private, cozy and clean, has an appealing decor, and the rooms, including the kitchen, are all well appointed. We found the bedrooms to be nice sized, with comfortable beds and the bathrooms were bright and spacious. The front porch swing was a hit. We had all that we needed for a pleasant visit and would definitely stay here again. Take it easy on the short, private road.

I celebrated my 35th birthday with a few close friends and we all fell in love with the home! Very cozy, clean and everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away! Ira was a wonderful host and was easy to contact! Would definitely come back to this location!

Fantastic home/cabin in Pollock Pines near Sly Park. Nicole first and foremost was a fantastic host, very proactive, which is wonderful. If I had a question she was always super quick to respond, which makes it easy and no waiting around which I greatly appreciate. The home was immaculate, cozy and had all of the amenities. We loved how it was laid out with a queen bedroom, king bedroom, and another queen bunk with Trundle so quite spacious for three bedroom. Each bedroom had a very large walk-in closet also lovely along with the spa tub in the master along with the shower. The balcony is lovely as well with a hanging lounge and nice eating area as well as barbecue. beds, very comfy and cozy and all linens provided. About a mile from Jenkins Lake, great for paddle boarding hiking. We hiked the waterfall trail, which was gorgeous lake itself was a beautiful greenish blue and we definitely planning a trip back. Would recommend this house to families, girls trip! Hour from Sacto!

Great location and lovely place. Easy access and great communication with Amy. This is a perfect place for 2 if you want to escape to Tahoe for a long weekend.

We had a great stay at Robert’s place! Great location close to all the businesses in Foresthill. The cabin was clean and cozy and nicely decorated, we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Would recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Foresthill!

My husband and I had stayed at Cynthia's place several times before and always had a great experience. As I was traveling to the area by myself for the first time, I was happy to see that her place was available for the dates I needed for my grandson's high school graduation party. Cynthia is a great communicator both before and during the stay. This has always been may experience with her. I feel like she is an old friend now. I appreciate the snacks and well stocked coffee/tea station. My little dog and I had a great stay. Thank you, Cynthia! I will definitely be back!
