Wonderful hosts and beautiful private property

Randy’s space was perfect for my husband and me as we visited with my aunt for her 80th birthday. It was close to her, and all the amenities we needed yet quiet and private. The outside space was lovely for sitting and having a glass of wine in the evening. It was also an easy walk to downtown for restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient to the chairlift and the views were beautiful!

Christy’s place is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need for making meals and more. Christy was very responsive and friendly but we also had plenty of privacy. When we casually mentioned that the bath plug was a bit awkward to fit she provided a new and better one by the next day without us even asking. A great, comfortable, quiet place to stay with plenty to do nearby.

I had such a great experience staying here! It’s a beautiful area and a quiet neighborhood. The space was extremely clean and cozy. Patrick was very responsive and accommodating. I felt right at home and would love to stay here again if I’m in the area. Thanks so much, Patrick!

What stands out most about Lori’s place is the location. Walking distance to Target, all the eating places, Heavenly Village and the beach. The place is kept clean and filled with amenities. We were able to cook breakfast without any issues. Lori had beddings and towels for all of us. She also communicated with us regularly. Our stay at Lori’s was awesome! Thanks!

Comfortable place, well equipped and easy instructions all round, fantastic pool with waterfalls is the main attraction, centrally located for Sierra foothills etc., wish we had more time to explore the area. Tao was able to provide plates, cups, and other utensils so we could feel at home. Overall felt like a great experience if you don't mind the walk down the stairs to get to the place. Left my car in the garage so it was out of the street.

The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we could possibly need—The attention to detail was top-tier. Waking up to breathtaking views of the lake and pine-covered hills felt like a dream. Whether we were sipping coffee on the deck~watching the sunrise, enjoying the fresh air under the stars, or curling up on the sofa watching movies after a day on the lake.. every moment was picture-perfect. The location was ideal—peaceful and secluded, a quick walk to the lake, short drive to shops, restaurants, and outdoor adventures. The hosts were exceptional: responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making our stay very special. They even left us a welcome basket with local snacks! Bradley and Alyona were great hosts. Excellent communication and very attentive. The Airbnb was beautiful, well decorated and clean. It’s located next to great hiking trails and other Lake Tahoe activities. The jacuzzi was a plus and we appreciated the welcome package left by Bradley and Alyona. I highly recommend booking with them.

Absolutely loved our stay! The space was clean, open, and perfectly located for our event. Having grown up in this town, it was such a treat to stay right in the heart of it. Erica was always quick to respond when I reached out, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for future visits, and I’ve already recommended it to local friends for when they have friends or family visiting. If you stay here, be sure to stop by Newcastle Pizzeria—absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the rosemary, garlic, and parmesan wings.

My husband and I came for an anniversary trip and this house was just perfect for us. You could walk right out and get on a walking path within just a min or two to various restaurants, the lake, and ice cream. Bill had everything we needed there and was a wonderful host! Would definitely rent again!

Booked guest suite for two nights to attend wedding in Camino. Location was outstanding, a short distance to venue in the heart of Apple Hill and gave us opportunity to explore surrounding area with many farms and wineries. Short distance to Placerville for dinner. Country property with guest suite as pictured. Suite was clean, bed comfortable, Ashley was available and responsive to all questions. Directions fully detailed, check-in easy. Driveway paved with dedicated covered parking spot available for suite, however, it requires walking up a short steep incline to the unit. We would book the guest suite again if returning to the area.

We just finished a great stay in a perfect location on the water. Owner has a fantastic dock only steps from the door. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Host had excellent communication. Will book again for our next trip.

I had a very extensive stay at V's place, with a booking that ended up to be about 10 months long. This is very clean, elegant, and private unit which has everything you might need. I work remotely and was able to setup all my gear and enjoy a consistent and speedy WiFi signal. The water pressure is fantastic. And there was ample storage to stash all my belongings. The view from the bedroom window overlooks a creek where deer frequent. The neighborhood is gated and extremely safe. There's also a huge paved trail system, which can be reached via a couple mins. walk. Anything I ever needed, V was quick to reply, and always friendly and helpful. I have stayed in many Airbnbs, and not all have been exactly wonderful, but I would highly recommend this stay!

Nestled just a short walk from El Dorado Beach, this accommodation has everything you need for a quick stay in Tahoe. It’s peaceful, with plenty of places within walking distance. I’d be happy to stay here again for the next AMBBR!

The place was as described and it was a great location to ski at Kirkwood. We enjoyed our stay and fully recommend.

Exactly what we expected. Perfect space for the 3 humans plus one dog. Will stay here again for sure.
