Sean was an amazing host! Communication and tips were spot on! It’s a great place to stay, just keep in mind in the summer there isn’t an AC, so it’s can get pretty warm in the room and with the limited window you can’t really cool it off. However I can’t wait to stay again in the cooler months! Besides from the AC I would definitely recommend Sean as a host!

Location was close to Tahoe village. The staff was very helpful. The kitchen was just a little small to cook in, but it was manageable and had everything we needed. It was very clean. Thank you.

This is the place to be if you want to be by the slopes at Heavenly! Just a few steps from the Tram! Great room, friendly staff, and just a 5 minute drive to the base, restaurants, casino, markets and shops.

Lovely studio about 10 min walk to stagecoach lodge and lift. Cozy, great views, a tub, great location and friendly staff - perfect ski getaway.

This place is a great choice if you’re looking for a quiet getaway near Placerville. It was very close to a wedding nearby, which was amazing because most alternatives were much further and not offering much. The bed was super comfy and the view in the backyard was very beautiful!

Great place to stay! Close to Heavenly village and still has its privacy! Had no problems checking in at all.

Our stay in Marriot TimberLodge was wonderful booking with Mike ! The location is in the heart of Tahoe with shopping and restaurants nearby, our view was the Heavenly Gondolas! Communication was impeccable, to say the least. Check in & out was a breeze, free valet parking was an added bonus. Thank you Mike, would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place for family vacation !! The unit is very conveniently located next to the main club house where all of the amenities are, especially the hot tub and pools. And also very closed to the tram lift to go down to the ski rental place at stonelodge. Would rent here again next time we're back in lake tahoe for skiing !!

This was a super convenient place to stay for Heavenly. Our room was a 1BR with plenty of space for our two kid's air mattresses in the main living area. There was a large dining table that could accommodate 6 people and the kitchen had everything we needed, equipment wise, to prepare our own meals. The property has a fitness center and outdoor pool (heated and open year round). There is a cool little spot walking distance behind the property for sledding (just a park, so it's free). From a check in perspective, you are treated like a hotel guest with your own reservation - super easy check in and check out process. I'm really happy with the accommodation and value and the communication and support Mick and his team offered. 5 stars!

Unbeatable location - 4 minute drive from heavenly California lodge, 3 min walk from Himmel Haus. It’s two hotel rooms that can be connected through doors in living rooms. The rooms are spacious with kitchenette and living are, more than enough for 3 people. Would def recommend and stay again.

Very cozy apartment with beautiful mountain views. This unit had everything you need and was very nicely furnished. It is conveniently located next to the Stagecoach chair lift. It is a bit of a drive into town so keep that in mind. Overall, great stay and we'd love to stay here again!

Outstanding communication when I reached out to her with booking Questions. The room was clean and comfortable, very roomy. Separate bedroom allowed for restful sleep. Resort staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had, parking valets always had our car ready when requested. A great base for your next Tahoe adventure.

The rooms were spacious and everything was clean. It was very comfortable for my large group and everyone was happy with the accomodation. We especially enjoyed the small patio in the room. Although the building has no AC and temperatures went up to 90 degrees, there were plenty of portable ACs included with the rooms. The view from the rooms were beautiful and we had a great time. ChihLan responded to all of my questions quickly.

We had an amazing time at this place. It was a much bigger place than we expected. There were 6 of us. 2 bedrooms and we used a pull out couch as well. The place is inside of a resort and that comes with great benefits. There were hot tubs, a swimming pool, shuttles to a casino and around the property. We got stuck ones because of the snow storm and the resort stuff was able to help by sending a snow cleaning machine. The resort is on the Nevada side and very close to a Stagecoach lift of Heavenly. And there is a small rail gondola from the resort that takes 10 min to take u down the hill if you don't wanna walk or take a shuttle. There is also a bar in the main building. We really liked the fact that the parking lot was covered and we didn't have to gig the car out after a snow storm. Also the building had a lot of hotel carts that was helpful with all of our gear and suitcases. The kitchen was stoked with all of the necessities for cooking for our group. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Shane is a wonderful host. He is kind and proactive. He provided clear, simple instructions for a seamless check-in. Shane’s villa was in a great location. Located right in the middle of Heavenly village, so easy to get great food, drinks, and around shopping. I loved the included valet parking. It made things very easy to get in and out when needed. We were a family of 5 and the villa was big enough for us to be very comfortable. Traveling with 2 young kids, space is important and this place did not lack that. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make full meals. We loved the amenities of the resort. My kids loved the pool and hot tubs and it was great to have access to a 24 hour gym. Overall, it was a really great stay and I would not hesitate to rent this villa again next time we are in South Lake Tahoe.

One of my best experiences staying at a hotel by far. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. The room was very clean and bathroom was spotless. Beautiful grounds that also have hiking trails from the hotel. Plus the coffee was great.

Thanks so much for your quick response to a last minute request. My husband and his friend were happy to have a nice place to stay after a longer than expected motorcycle adventure.

The place was exactly like the photos but I did expect it to be more like an apartment and it really is a hotel . Unfortunately we booked thinking it had a view like the photos but we ended up getting a room downstairs so no view available. The staff is super help and friendly and the amenities too notch . The use of the private beach that is a 10 min walk was definitely worth it although we did think it was beachfront and it isn’t . Other then that a hotel I would definitely book again

Beautiful place with waterfront views. 2 kids slept on pullout sofa and large king bed for grown ups. Full kitchen and hotel would bring extra plates utensils if needed. Very close to heavenly short 5 min car ride. Jason was super helpful with every step including advice on where to rent skis. Whole Foods 2 min drive. Many restaurants and shops. Heavenly village had shops/outdoor ice rink and even entertainment (magic show). Only downfall was hot tub was not hot and swim out pool was very cold. During presidents week it was super crowded with babies/kids so avoided the pool/hot tub. 5 stars otherwise.
