Staying at María’s place was truly a wonderful experience. She’s one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever met — always sweet, attentive, and easy to communicate with. The place was just as described, super clean and cozy, and the building staff and security guards were also incredibly nice and welcoming. I had a small personal mishap during my stay, and María handled the situation with so much understanding and grace. I’m really grateful for how supportive she was — it meant a lot. Honestly, her kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Thank you so much, María, for everything. I would absolutely love to stay again if you'll have me!

A great Apartment in the heart of trendy Colonia Americana. This modern apartment got everything we needed. The A/C worked perfectly. The host were responsive and gave us clear instructions for Self-check-in. We highly recommended this place! Safe & very quiet.

Beautiful apartment! Strong AC, very comfortable bed, clean, nicely stocked kitchen. Only about a 20 minute walk from the town center, distilleries, and restaurants. Nice responsive host. I highly recommended!

Our experience at Ana's place was great. This place is situated in a calm neighborhood in Colonia Americana. It is conveniently located near many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Now, getting to the place was not too difficult, but you do have to pay attention to the address, or else you will pass it, as the address is not too noticeable. One tip I give to future guests is to check in at reception before entering the parking garage, so you can secure your space if you have a car. Parking is also very tight in the garage, but the plus is that this place has a safe space to park your car. Now, the place itself is excellent. It's just as shown in the picture. Very modern, cozy, and comfortable. The Host is also amazing, and she is very communicative. During our stay, we did have one minor hiccup with the AC as it did not function well during our stay, however, the Host was very attentive and looked into this for us right away. Overall, we had a great experience.

We loved the accommodation, it's just like the photos. It has an excellent location, and very good restaurants, literally you have all the essential shops a few steps from the accommodation. And without a doubt Anais has been a very attentive, kind person... We leave happy and grateful for the excellent treatment, and the attentions. ✨️

Stayed at Sabina’s place for 4 nights and loved every minute of it. It’s in an incredible location - walking distance to great bars and restaurants. A few things that stuck out: she had drinkable water for us, coffee for the morning (Taller de Espresso beans, which is also a 5 min walk away), and surprised us with a few beers upon arrival. Popped those beers and relaxed on her hammock with the doors wide open and felt right at home. Highly recommend renting the MiBici bikes a block away to quickly get around the city. Thank you Sabina, can’t wait to visit next!!

We liked that it has parking and security in the The apartment has an elevator, which makes it very practical to carry your luggage more comfortably. We would definitely stay there again!!!!!

The only thing that scared me a little was that the welcome message included a detailed list of fines for damages. I always take great care of the place where I stay, and this time I was even more careful!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is spacious and beautiful. The pool and rooftop terrace were really nice as well. The location was perfect for me, I was able to walk to different restaurants for meals. There’s a small store on the corner for bottled water, beer and snacks. I will definitely stay here again.
