Staying at María’s place was truly a wonderful experience. She’s one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever met — always sweet, attentive, and easy to communicate with. The place was just as described, super clean and cozy, and the building staff and security guards were also incredibly nice and welcoming. I had a small personal mishap during my stay, and María handled the situation with so much understanding and grace. I’m really grateful for how supportive she was — it meant a lot. Honestly, her kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Thank you so much, María, for everything. I would absolutely love to stay again if you'll have me!

Beautiful apartment! Strong AC, very comfortable bed, clean, nicely stocked kitchen. Only about a 20 minute walk from the town center, distilleries, and restaurants. Nice responsive host. I highly recommended!

Great location and a safe, clean, Comfortable place.

Our experience at Ana's place was great. This place is situated in a calm neighborhood in Colonia Americana. It is conveniently located near many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Now, getting to the place was not too difficult, but you do have to pay attention to the address, or else you will pass it, as the address is not too noticeable. One tip I give to future guests is to check in at reception before entering the parking garage, so you can secure your space if you have a car. Parking is also very tight in the garage, but the plus is that this place has a safe space to park your car. Now, the place itself is excellent. It's just as shown in the picture. Very modern, cozy, and comfortable. The Host is also amazing, and she is very communicative. During our stay, we did have one minor hiccup with the AC as it did not function well during our stay, however, the Host was very attentive and looked into this for us right away. Overall, we had a great experience.

Todo muy bien con el departamento, lo único fue que no tuvimos oportunidad de hacer uso de las áreas comunes (alberca y asadores), ya que al momento de querer reservar nos comentaron que no había disponibilidad, lo cual entendemos que es una situación ajena tanto al departamento como a la host.

Felicidades ! Es el mejor en el que me he quedado! Se nota que le echan muchas ganas! Todo excelente !!!! El lugar súper bonito, limpio y relajante!!!

A great Apartment in the heart of trendy Colonia Americana. This modern apartment got everything we needed. The A/C worked perfectly. The host were responsive and gave us clear instructions for Self-check-in. We highly recommended this place! Safe & very quiet.

The place is very clean, we were able to rest perfectly well. Everyone was kind.

I can’t say enough good things about this condo and the owner. Everything was beautiful. It’s extremely secure with your own underground parking and friendly hotel front desk. I had a few requests and the owner answered immediately to make sure I was happy with all my needs. And lastly it was the best price for what I got thus far in Guadalajara. Thanks again! ☺️

I've stayed at Rennia's place numerous times because it's great and has the amenities I need when staying in Zapopan - gym, pool, walkability to restaurants and grocery stores, etc. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

todo bien, lo único es que había mucho ruido nocturno afuera, demasiadas motos en la madrugada, pero el alojamiento fuera de eso, perfecto para lo que necesitaba.

Excelente opción, estuvimos 2 noches y desde la reserva Andrea estuvo atenta y en comunicación con nosotros. El departamento se encuentra con buen mantenimiento y las instrucciones para acceder son sencillas. Facturaron correctamente, volveríamos nuevamente.

Francisco es una persona muy amable que en todo momento atendió mis dudas, el departamento es muy bonito tal cual como en la fotos tiene una vista preciosa y el vecindario es muy tranquilo y limpio nos gusto que cuenta con estacionamiento y seguridad en el departamento a la hora de llegar cuenta con elevador lo que lo hace muy practico para poder llevar tu equipaje más cómodamente sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí !!!!!!

lo único que me asusto un poco fue que dentro del mensaje de bienvenida venía detallado un listado de multas por daños, siempre cuido mucho el lugar donde me quedo, esta vez tuve mucho más cuidado!

Todo Perfecto, la zona, el departamento, las amenidades, las vías de acceso, seguridad, etc.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is spacious and beautiful. The pool and rooftop terrace were really nice as well. The location was perfect for me, I was able to walk to different restaurants for meals. There’s a small store on the corner for bottled water, beer and snacks. I will definitely stay here again.
