Our stay was nothing short of perfection! Ahmed is the best host we've ever dealt with - always responsive, extremely helpful, and providing clear, precise instructions that were easy to follow. He shared location maps of almost everything we asked about in Marassi, showing his attention to detail. What truly sets him apart is his personal care for his tenants; you'll feel like family, not just a guest. Check-in was effortless thanks to his step-by-step guidance. The apartment itself is stunning - beautifully furnished, spacious, and clean, with a breathtaking terrace view. Its Marina location, close to many great restaurants, made it ideal for our family. Thanks to Ahmed's exceptional hosting, we had an unforgettable time and can't wait to return. We've found our new favorite vacation spot and host on Egypt's North Coast - we'll definitely be back!

I recently stayed for two nights, and I must say, it was a very pleasant experience. The location is beautiful and peaceful, though I’d recommend having a car to easily get around and explore the area. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive, and the communication from Yasmine and Dalia was excellent right from the start. Dalia, in particular, was very friendly and responsive to any questions I had, which made the whole experience even better. The flat itself was spotless and well-maintained, with the air conditioning working perfectly, which was a relief in the warm weather. The only hiccup during our stay was a water outage that lasted from the evening of the second night until the morning. This was a bit inconvenient, as we couldn’t even freshen up before heading to Cairo, but other than that, everything else was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay, with excellent service from the hosts.

The place was great, everything is neat and clean. Everything in Marassi is few minutes away by car from the location.
