The lakehouse looks exactly like the photos - stylish and cozy. The house looks small from the outside, but we were amazed by how well it fit our family of seven adults and two toddlers. The instructions/guide to the house was clearly written and super helpful, and Vincent was very easy to communicate with, usually responding right away. We were grateful for all the amenities the house comes with. In addition to enjoying the house itself and the gorgeous deck, we also made smores one night in the fire pit and went kayaking with the little ones. The owner provides guests with bracelets that give access to the community amenities as well. The community pool, playground, and little beach were all beautiful and very well maintained. Our little ones especially loved this weekend!

We had a wonderful family vacation staying at Stone Hill. The house is absolutely perfect, literally a dream house. The pool and landscaping are beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen has everything you could ever need for cooking big meals. We thoroughly enjoyed the basket with s’mores ingredients and the fire pit. The screened-in porch was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and look out at the scenery and pool. The ping-pong table in the basement was fun for the whole family, as well as a great selection of games and cards in the TV room. These came in handy on our 2 rainy days. The owner was super responsive to a few questions we had. It’s the perfect location, only a short drive to Great Barrington and grocery shopping at Guido’s. There’s also a great dog park in GB if you’re traveling with a dog. We hope to come back to Stone Hill many times in the future.

This house was perfect for our needs. We were in town for Berkshires graduation. It was 15 min from the school and 15 min from Great Barrington. Wish the weather would have been better for the pool! They were very available for any of our questions and needs. Definitely recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

Arps place was Superb to say the least. Me and my family had a great time. The home is beautifully designed and decorated, very homey. All my friends are asking me to send them arps place they also want to experience what I had experienced.

We had a wonderful, restful stay in this beautiful home. The ambience is so peaceful and the home is spotless, with many thoughtful touches for guests. We'd definitely stay again!

This was such a lovely country escape for us tired city kids. The pond was a beautiful backdrop for reading and drawing. We brought our binoculars and walked across to Dan B road, spotting gorgeous birds multiple times a day. Our host, Danielle, was extremely responsive and friendly. A fuse blew our second night there, and Danielle had an electrician out to fix it the next day so we could sleep with AC that night. One warning: if you're tall, there are some very low ceilings and doorways. My partner is 6'2 and hit his head repeatedly on the bathrooms' vaulted ceilings and the kitchen doorway. The house would be great for a big group, or a family with kids -- the playroom is delightful and the big, fun kitchen makes you want to fill with your friends and eat and talk for hours. We're very grateful for our quiet getaway there!

Great apartment close to downtown Great Barrington. In very quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well stocked. Really loved the well appointed front porch with wicker seating and table. Definitely recommend.

This was my second time staying at Maureen’s beautiful lakeside home and it surely won’t be my last. It’s the coziest, peaceful and inspiring place. Looking forward to future visits!

We had an amazing stay at Bradley’s home. It is a perfect size with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is close to so many great restaurants and cute downtown areas for shopping. The beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning worked like a champ. The shower was huge with top notch water pressure. Star of the stay was definitely the hot tub, really strong jets and great temperature control. I did not want to leave at the end of our trip! Thank you Bradley for being a great host and welcoming us into your beautiful home!

Our stay here was fantastic! The house was beautiful and had everything you could need to feel right at home. Including a kitchen stocked with essentials, lots of fire wood and games. The location of perfect right between Hudson and Great Barrington and it felt super private. Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed in so many Airbnb‘s over the years and this hands-down has to be one of my favorites. this church seamlessly balances being a historical and spiritual space while also being incredibly comfortable, filled with modern and stylish amenities. playing the grand piano and my trumpet in the main room was so wonderful. The acoustics are heavenly. The kitchen was a dream and we had so much fun cooking an extravagant dinner. There’s also a beautiful hike right behind the nearby cemetery that follows a mossy trail along a river and we really enjoyed that. The pool table on the lofted level got a lot of use as well. The hosts were kind, accommodating, and super responsive, their attention to detail in creating the space really improved the whole experience. Overall, this was an unforgettable stay and I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough.

We had a wonderful time at Michelle’s place. The house is spacious and full of charm, nestled in lush greenery that made the stay even more relaxing. Michelle was incredibly friendly and responsive, and we felt right at home.

Home is very beautiful. Jim and Susan were very responsive when needed we felt right at home everything was right at our fingertips when needed. We came for a weekend girls getaway and this home helped us achieve that peace we needed. Very spacious we will be back again.

We had a lovely stay at Julia and Javi’s. Great place for 5 of us to sleep comfortably. Connected kitchen, dining and living rooms made for very communal feel which was great. Would stay again!

Samantha & Kellen were amazing hosts and their place was so lovely!!! The house was even better than the photos - everything was clean, amenities were great, kitchen was well-stocked w/ tons of plates/cups/pots/pans, and most of all, the view was breathtaking - all you see is mountains and trees!! Can't think of anything that could've been improved! As the house is in the mountains & we went during a particularly high-tick season after lots of rain, our dog picked up a decent amount of ticks walking outside the property. Samantha & Kellen were super responsive and helpful, and went out of their way to get the tick sprayer & lawn mowers come out during our week-long stay. Would love to come back!!!
