House holiday rentals in Berkshire County

We had a lovely time with our family! We were with 2 young children and my elderly father who cannot walk well (uses a walker). The house was perfectly designed to accommodate my father and had great living areas for us to spend time together. A very cozy, warm and welcoming home (with lots of amenities!). Yael is a very friendly, responsive host. We’d gladly come back for another winter or perhaps a summer stay! Thank you Yael!

This house was perfect for our needs. We were in town for Berkshires graduation. It was 15 min from the school and 15 min from Great Barrington. Wish the weather would have been better for the pool! They were very available for any of our questions and needs. Definitely recommend!

The house was very spacious, the kids ranging from 6-10 loved the games, especially cue ball and fuzz ball. The adults loved the fact there was a lower half where the kids can watch movies and play, while the adults did grown up chatting in the living space. A memorable ski weekend that everyone enjoyed to the fulliest and sad it went so fast. We look forward returning one day in the spring or summer to see a different aspect of the area. Thank you!

Beautiful home! Extremely clean upon arrival and excellent communication. Everything in the house was clearly labeled and directions for check-in and check-out were very clear. Sadly it rained our entire stay so we could not enjoy the pool or the beautiful backyard, but we still had a lovely stay. We hope to come back soon!

Stayed here with three others for work. The house was clean and well updated. We had no issues and will look to stay here again.

This house was perfect for our group of seven ladies gathering for our annual getaway. The house is extremely spacious and each bedroom felt private and cozy. The common spaces are warm and welcoming, the kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed, and the pool and pool house outstanding. We all appreciated the beautiful art collection, lush grounds, and proximity to fun in town. The house is private and quiet, clean as a whistle, and the communication was clear and thorough. We had a wonderful stay at this adorable home in the Berkshires! The house was very comfortable and cozy, and the backyard with the deck and pool provided a wonderful space to hang out day and night. The house was situated 20-30 minutes from so many places - downtown Lenox, Miraval Spa and Ballderdash Winery. We can’t wait to come back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The location is close to plenty to do and great dining but also feels very private. The home is absolutely beautiful as pictured. The pool was a real treat to have and half of the pool is a shallow end which was a bonus for us traveling with a child. The beds are very comfortable which is always a huge plus when traveling. The hosts were responsive with any questions that came up. We would happily stay again!

Home is very beautiful. Jim and Susan were very responsive when needed we felt right at home everything was right at our fingertips when needed. We came for a weekend girls getaway and this home helped us achieve that peace we needed. Very spacious we will be back again.

The location was peaceful and beautiful with great local restaurants, farms, and hiking. The reservoir was a nice amenity with the kayaks and canoe. The house was well maintained and comfortable with pretty views on the first floor. We enjoyed our stay

This was my second time staying at Maureen’s beautiful lakeside home and it surely won’t be my last. It’s the coziest, peaceful and inspiring place. Looking forward to future visits!

Perfect location for a few friends that came for a birthday party. Was perfect. I didn’t worry about them at all, and I knew they had a quality stay

We stayed here on our way to Stowe to break up our long drive with an 8 and 2 year old. It ended up being a wonderful mini trip that we didn't want to leave. The house exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, cleanliness, and amenities. And the location was excellent - about 10 to 12 min to the nearest grocery store and downtown with restaurants, Edith Wharton's estate about 20 min away, and Great Barrington/Stockbridge were easily accessible for day trips. We plan to come back for skiing, and to take advantage of the lake activities in the summer. The only downside was the busy road, as mentioned in the listing, but the traffic quieted down in the evening and it didn't affect our sleep at night with the bedrooms located in the back of the house (husband is a very light sleeper; we did bring and use sound machines just in case).

What an amazing stay. The house is right on a peaceful pond and our kids had the best time exploring every day by canoe. We saw foxes, beavers, tons of birds, and ended each day with s’mores by the fire. Total magic! The house itself was super comfortable and had everything we needed. And the full-size arcade machines were a huge hit with the kids! We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Memorable stay in The Berkshires! Nicole's place was cozy and welcoming a great place to relax and unwind after long days of sightseeing and shopping. At night the backyard would be lit by the soft glow of string lights and made for the perfect scene to end every day in the hot tub.

Beautiful space inside and out. Fran's place was pristinely clean, gorgeously decorated, uncluttered, and well appointed. The yard was great, we made use of the fire pit out back and my son enjoyed the hammock. The view of the pond from the front deck was fantastic. The whole property was private and quiet and peaceful. We came out for an art museum weekend and it was a perfect location. The downstairs bedroom/game room was freezing (about 60-62 degrees) with no heat to turn on, which was uncomfortable but I'm sure it's unavoidable when temps outside vary from 60 to 90 day to day. We would 100% stay again. Thank you!

My husband and I loved our stay at this house. It checked all our boxes. It was clean, spacious, had a comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and a barbecue grill. It also came with lots of personality. We ate breakfast at the local country store/cafe called Sherwood Forest most days. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Jaclyn’s home is the perfect place to get away and relax. Being on the water with a wood burning fire place was absolutely lovely. The home was clean, well organized, and Jaclyn was always responsive when we had a question. The home was an easy 20min drive to a lot of fun small towns. There was a little traffic noise when we were outside from the highway, but it was peaceful otherwise

We were happy with this AirBNB and would stay here again. It was nice and quiet but a very short drive into Great Barrington. Close to lots of hiking. Updates have been made since some of the previous reviews. There are two couches in the living room and some of the stock items in the kitchen for convenience.

We stayed at Caroline and Nathaniel’s beautiful home over the winter and celebrated NYE’s. Their house is beautiful and perched on top of the hills overlooking a lake. The view is absolutely stunning in the mornings. The house was well maintained and clean. The hosts were very active in communicating with us where we needed anything or if we needed to be aware of any situations regarding the house. I would definitely stay here again.

I want to say thank you to Christopher and his family for allowing my friends and me to stay in their home. it was clean, beautiful, serene and exactly what it was described to be. Christopher, your suggestions on golf courses for my friends and me were exceptional. I hope we were as good of guests as you were hosts!

This was one of the most beautiful AirBnB's our family has ever stayed in. We were visiting families a town away in the Berkshires and loved having Nicolas' house as our homebase. We cooked food, relaxed in the hot tub, and watched movies together in the amazing living room. It's a great AirBnB and we've love to be back if we're ever in the area again.

This is a great stay! Peaceful and you feel as if You are one with nature. Very clean. Arthur and Julie are quick to respond. Kitchen and bath have everything you need, including starter and wood for the wood stove. Cozy place right on the river where you can listen to the rolling sound of the river. Close to CT where we had a nice dinner at an old Inn with delicious blueberry cobbler. Beautiful Drive to norman rockwell museum, great Barrington and other Berkshire towns. We would most definitely stay at this home again.

The property was as described, beautifully situated by the water in a beautiful location. Lee, the host, provided prompt and responsive communication. the unique outdoor shower and toilet (incinerator toilet) were acceptable for us, but the space was somewhat limited for two adults and two children; it may be better suited for two guests.
