The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Our apartment "Weitblick" was completed in April 2024. The apartment is located on the 1st floor - is also accessible by an elevator - and has 2 balconies, to the east, the other facing south, with a wonderful view of the rural surroundings and the Chiemgau Alps, which are often spectacular. The spacious apartment is lovingly decorated, the large garden and sauna can be used. Our house is surrounded by horse pastures in a quiet secluded location.
