Very nice apartment with everything you need. Balcony in an enchanting setting with horses in the fields. Well located, close enough to the airport without any disturbances and close to Munich. Easy parking. Very helpful people.

I was alone at Lake Chiemsee for professional reasons, the apartment was actually much too large for that, but the location was simply ideal for me. The apartment is really great, very close to the lake. I arrived by train and bus - no problem at all, as a bus stop is only about 100m from the apartment. The apartment is comfortably furnished and I found it sparkling clean. I can absolutely recommend a stay here and will gladly come back if I am in the area again.

We were a group of four girls and we felt very comfortable in Christina's accommodation. Hard to beat in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Both Christina and her parents were very friendly and welcomed us warmly. The location has also been optional, 15 minutes' walk to the water and restaurants. We would book again at any time ☺️

Beautiful apartment. Proper amenities and groceries available as well as laundry for the washing machine and dishwasher. The village is beautiful and the view from the balcony is incredible. Please note: apartment on the 4th floor without elevator. May be difficult for some people. Note: Indicate where to dispose of the glass.

Great apartment, access to the hiking trails and the Predigtstuhlbahn a few minutes away. Bad Reichenhall Kirchberg train station and Bad Reichenhall city center are also within walking distance (depending on the destination 10-20 minutes). The ascent to the apartment building is quite steep if you arrive without a car, but in principle feasible. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short vacation, the pool on the ground floor is an absolute highlight.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly appointed so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable holiday! We will be happy to come back.

The place is highly recommended! Everything is well-maintained and clean, and you have your privacy while using the sauna or hot tub. Christof gave us a local recommendation & was absolutely right. The food was super delicious! Everything went great and we will definitely come back :)

We were able to spend a very nice and relaxing time here again. The beautiful view, three different seating areas outside, garden, terrace, covered barbecue area and the quiet secluded location of the house are absolutely recommended. The surrounding area invites you to do numerous activities. The hosts Jutta and Hannes are friendly, unobtrusive, but always approachable and helpful. We were looking for a place to stay for the weekend and didn't really spend much time in the apartment. Everything was clean and well equipped. There is a coffee machine with beans and a great terrace, overall we liked it very much and we would come again. The bed was super comfy and we slept very well.

Super nice apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, super clean, nice little garden with terrace...there is nothing to complain about at all!! Doris even provided us with a few beers and snacks before she welcomed us in a very nice way. We would come back anytime if we were on holiday in the Rosenheim area!

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

Wonderful, responsive hostess. Bea’s apartment is cozy and chic. Apartment was clean and well equipped for our 9 day stay. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a private home, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful views of the mountains. Salzburg is a quaint town where the locals are friendly and the surroundings mountains are magnificent and the nearby lakes are emerald green. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment/house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Communication with was excellent from the start – very friendly, fast and uncomplicated. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. The accommodation, in typical Bavarian style, has been able to charm us very much: in a quiet, green residential area in the immediate vicinity of the Chiemsee, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay present, neat and spacious for 2 people. Clear instructions, smooth written contact with the landlord, a folder full of tourist information and a small welcome gift made our arrival all the more pleasant. The apartment in Chieming was the ideal base for us to explore the region and to make day trips to Munich, Salzburg, Königssee, … We had a great week there!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.
