I stayed at Vinnie's with my family for my graduation! It's such a beautiful area- so much wildlife! - and the house overlooks the river! I'm from Boston and it was so nice to get out of the city for a few days and reconnect with my family and nature. We saw 6 deer, a raccoon, a skunk, and an opossum :) Vinnie was extremely responsive with any questions we had and was very kind. Thanks for a great weekends Vinnie!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. Sparta was perfect for a weekend away. It was a short walk away from a beautiful private lake and quiet and relaxing. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

This was easily the nicest Air BNB I’ve ever stayed at. The cabin was beautiful inside and sparkling clean. The appliances, grill, bathroom fixtures, mattress and bedding were top of the line and wildly luxurious. The setting was beautiful. We saw so much wildlife just on the property and the location was central to some of the nicest hikes in the Delaware Water Gap. Really beautiful stay and definitely worth every penny.

We had such a great time here at this adorable cottage! We spent the evenings fishing, canoeing, chilling at the fire pit, and watching the sunset over the lake in the hot tub. The lake was very clean with a beautiful trail going along the back. My boyfriend caught so many fish, largemouth bass, small mouth, pickerel, tons of bluegill right from our dock! The sun lit up the house so beautifully in the morning, and the bedrooms are nice cold, dark, and cozy! We will definitely be booking here again and very highly recommend for couples, friends, and family! Definitely 5 stars

The place was secluded. the hot tub was perfect. The basement was real chill to hang out on a snowy icy evening

Danny was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. He provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and gave us clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in. The house itself was absolutely perfect – cozy, inviting, and the hot tub was spotless and spacious, making it the perfect spot to unwind. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable and everything worked nicely. The place was so peaceful and private, and the surroundings were beautiful. We visited the Bushkill Falls, which is only a few minutes away from the house, so location was perfect for us. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub and sauna, but both looked clean and well-maintained. Communication with hosts was also excellent! I recommend staying here and would come back again.

Great place to go and unwind, take a break from the city, very quiet and peaceful place, felt right at home so comfortable and clean my kids loved the lake and didn't wanted to leave. Great host very attentive & great communication very helpful with directions too, can't wait to go back, the house has everything you need to spend quality time with family. (Or friends). Thanks.

I booked this property as a kind of ad hoc writing retreat. It was the perfect location to complete what work I needed to do. A quick drive into Sparta for restaurants and supplies also made this a great location.

This was a great place for a family get away! This house was in a calm and quiet neighborhood full of wildlife and the kitchen was great for cooking together.

The place was as described in the listing. The house is out in nature but not far from local restaurants and stores. The kids loved seeing the wildlife around the house, like chipmunks and groundhogs. We even saw a black bear from the dining room window.

David’s camp is spectacular. Meeting us two at the appointed time, he could not have been more gracious and friendly as we toured the property that he has been developing for over a decade. Our lodging had all the qualities of a cabin in the woods that we could imagine plus modern technology, a beautiful bathroom, modern kitchen, comfortable furniture, a vast bedroom, and a sheltered porches on two levels. David’s handiwork includes two fish ponds, a waterfall, and more features in progress. The camp is staggering in scope and execution, but David himself is the highlight.

Our family vacation was a great time. The house was perfect for spending time together. There was plenty to do for the adults and for the kids. We were able to keep the kids busy between the pool, the activities in the yard and the playroom! We did not hear the words “I’m bored” from the kids through the entire week! My family really enjoyed our stay and our host Brian was easily accessible throughout our stay. Thank you for helping make our family vacation memorable.

My nerd crew wanted a fun place to do a weekend board game getaway, and we had a terrific time at this house! We had some minor setbacks where the cleaners had missed a little bit in setup, but Alex was very responsive and helpful in getting us sorted out. The house and location were very beautiful, and we appreciated that we were able to bring our elderly dogs. I think I might highlight for others that the steep cliff and stairs to the water are a little stressful when you bring small children and pets, especially when slippery after rain, but that should probably be evident from the photos. The gas stove also doesn't have a vent, so I would only use it in warmer weather when you can open all the windows. The town was super cute! We had a great time exploring and enjoyed finding the "Tiny House of Newton", which is a fancy landmark dollhouse in town. Thanks so much for having us in your beautiful place!

Wonderful cabin, well appointed with a great view of the Lake! Very peaceful in winter. A well appointed kitchen and a wood burning stove fireplace made staying in a joy! Both hosts were a pleasure to speak with and always responsive. Looks forward to opportunities to return!

The Nordic Cabin was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. The cabin is beautiful and the modern design, furnishings, and decor really stand out. Instructions of how to get into the cabin and the pitcures provided made check in and check out a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked. A bottle of white wine and a few treats were left for us. The kitchen offered different spices, oils, milk, and eggs. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, cups, glasses, etc are provided, as well as cleaning supplies. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the cozy living room and slept well in the beautiful bedroom. Last, I have to say that the first time we opened the gate at night, after dinner in Warwick, and saw all of the outdoor lights on, really made it feel like we were entering an enchanted garden. Would definitely come back!! Thank you Kamil and Margaret!!

The cabin itself was pristine. Incredibly well thought out mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. I was very pleased at how clean and well maintained the cabin was. Every piece of furniture extremely comfortable from the living area, to the den, to the beds! Cabinets were well stocked with everything you could need for cooking, baking, grilling and frying. Beautiful hand built closets full of extra blankets, towels, sheets, clothing iron and other things to make your stay that much more comfortable. The main bathroom was one of the main reasons I picked this place. It is so gorgeous! Renovated and stunning. Double large skylights that look up through the trees and into the stars. The river is a 5 second walk across the small dirt road and through a very cute archway of small trees. Eric and the team were so accommodating when something was not working. They immediately sent over substitute items to address the problem. I was very impressed with that level of service.

This cabin was very cozy and the surrounding area was very scenic and pretty, as well as quiet and peaceful. Kerri allowed my group of friends to shoot our short film outside the house, and it was a great location for filming as well as a great place for some of the crew members to stay overnight and hangout after shoot. We didn't have much free time but we were provided with lots of recommendations of places to checkout nearby and I'd love to maybe rent the place again sometime to explore the scenery. The neighbors were friendly and Kerri gave us very clear and useful information about the house to make our stay easy.

I stayed here with my 2 small children for a spontaneous getaway for kids spring break. As some may know traveling with kids especially solo is no easy task, It was so resfreshing how clear and QUICK Vinny responded . The house was so great loved the Hot tub .
