A combination of vintage and new interiors giving inspiration for each day. Spacious and comfortable was vital. Great 1920s stucco 2 bedroom cottage in the middle of Echo Park. It's at the top of a hill (there are stairs to climb), fronted by a large garden with mature fruit trees. It has a sun room-office, and the second bedroom is also set up as an office with a piano. There are views of Mt. Wilson and the Echo Park arroyo from the sun room, deck and living room. It's sunny with many windows and two skylights. Quiet yet in the middle of the city. Walking distance to restaurants etc.
