Apartment holiday rentals in Echo Park, Los Angeles

We love staying in this building for its location--so close to all links for public transport, and easy walk to coffee places and restaurants. Brandon was very responsive to our questions. All the basics are topnotch--good hot water, comfortable mattress, great HVAC, etc. The kitchen has basic cooking stuff. Be aware that it is on the third floor and on weekday mornings the garbage truck comes early to the alley just outside the window; it wasn't a problem for us but if you need to sleep late, keep that mind. We would definitely come back on a future visit!

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

I love the free 2 parking spots , the check in is secure and feels extremely safe . It was so comfortable and clean . I definitely would stay again here !

We enjoyed our stay at Steven’s place! Instruction video for parking was very helpful. Lots of nearby Korean restaurants and rooftop pool with views of DTLA !!

Clean, tidy and well-maintained apartment with amazing skyline views, exactly as described! Perfect location on a relatively safe street in dt. Keys pickup process was a bit confusing but manageable. Highly recommended!

Cozy and comfortable place. Matched the photos. I had to adjust my arrival date and Maxime took a little longer to respond once. Every interaction was very quick and helpful. The instructions, videos and photos were spot on so follow them precisely. The apartment was very clean and airy. I love to cook and was very happy with the utensils and cooking pans. There was even seasoning available to use. There was a Whole Foods a 10 mins walk away. The neighborhood is on the rebound and I didn’t feel unsafe. You can drive or walk around. I would definitely stay again.

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

Ashanti place was perfect! Accommodated us with an early check in, just as described, and felt right at home. Would stay again.

The transportation in the area is very convenient, with easy access to highways and shopping malls. The host was always willing to assist whenever needed. We had a truly wonderful time here and made some great memories. If we get the chance, we’d love to come back and stay again.

Perfect location and appreciated we have a parking spot for our car. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom & appreciated the small things like microwave & fridge (we didn't need a kitchen for our short stay)

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

The place was great! Despite the protests downtown, the location was great! We were out of the way from most of the crowds and traffic that came with the protest and were still within walking distance to some great places! (Crypto, Peacock Theatre, Grand Central Market, etc.). Dan was very responsive and even helped with a great 420 suggestion! Like the listing states, you must be ok with what comes with being downtown to really enjoy the beauty of it all. We will be back!

Overall a hassle-free stay. At check-in AJ was very responsive to my questions and there were no issues. The location is perfect, in the middle of all the action. Definitely a plus with parking included. The apartment was clean and spacious. If there were a coffee maker and more hooks in the bathroom the amenities department would've been perfect, but they did not affect the overall stay. The really big patio that faces south is a big plus, you can get your tan without going to the beach. I would totally recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to book!

I had an enjoyable stay here. Girvan is a really responsive and friendly host who did his best to accommodate my needs. I would say the best thing about this place is the location as it is close to most of the major events happening in downtown LA. The place itself is spacious and relatively clean with everything you could ask for to make yourself feel at home.

I was a bit nervous to come to LA since protest were happening in the city but Lisa gave me really good advices to get around without my plans getting affected by the protests Communicating with her was always easy and very responsive on her side, she was always kind and gave me very helpful instructions of what should I do in case I needed help from her or the Airbnb company Her place was super clean, cozy and equipped with all I needed to make myself comfortable and have a good time

Had a great time at Stefania Place. The Apartment is very nice, new , with great amenities in the perfect location , close to everything.. Stefania was very responsive, making sure I’m enjoying my stay. The instructions for the check in were very detailed and easy. Will book again !

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

This apartment is exactly as pictured and we had such a nice time enjoying the view and the space. The beds were cozy and comfy. Everything is clean and well presented. We only stayed one night but everyone wished we could have stayed longer. As others mentioned it’s a little wonky checking in because you have to say you’re on a guest list as opposed to an Airbnb. Then you have to get the keys to the garage from the room to go back and park but it’s a minor inconvenience at most.

Loved my stay here, I highly recommend. Definitely worth the price, based off of location and amenities. Very clean and spacious apartment. Also Bens/Chris were excellent communicators. I spent some quiet time alone here and rested before getting back to work. If you need a staycation or are looking for a comfortable place close to public transportation, this is a great place to do just that.

This place was great. We stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the LA convention center. It is definitely walkable or a very inexpensive lift. Uber ride away. The area was safe. There are lots of market stores and good food nearby. The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful as we had to navigate the cerfew situation due to the protests when we were there. We are off there for volleyball tournaments and have stayed at different places and hotels. Mostly this was definitely our favorite day and we had so much room to spread out cook and the free parking was definitely one of the best perks . We would stay there again if available next time.
