It boasts some of the most magnificent and expensive properties in the country and lush scenery for the high-profile locals. Public transit is difficult, but available. Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. Next to it is a large patio and grass area where you can enjoy coffee, meals, yoga, work and workout. 1.8 miles from the Beach, Santa Monica Promenade and Pier. One block from Montana Ave and two blocks from Wilshire Blvd where you can find many shops and restaurants. Perfect for a modern traveler combining business and pleasure.
