At 450 sq. feet, Faffy’s Place is a large private single guest house on a quiet Los Feliz/Silverlake hillside. Faffy’s Place is completely private with its own entrance, garden and patio. It has been newly remodeled with a full feature kitchen and bathroom.

Conveniently located off the 101 freeway, 1 mile from downtown & close proximity to Silverlake and Highland Park. Includes: King sized bed, twin sized day bed, Kitchenette equipped with farmhouse sink, fridge, stovetop, and convection microwave, full sized washer & dryer in unit, Wifi, Apple TV, and A/C, H. Ample street parking.

SilverLake Hillside Spacious Guest Apartment

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.

Charming detached, private, Guest Cabin available in Boyle Heights/City Terrace/near freeways. It's 7 minutes to the Arts District in DTLA, and adjacent to USC Medical Ctr and Cal State LA. This is an autonomous space on a large hillside property. Wifi and cable! The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC.

A large studio that opens on a sunny patio and lush garden. Platform queen-sized bed, walk-in rain-head shower, large kitchenette with fridge, microwave, induction plates, and small appliances. A peaceful artist retreat, 3 miles from DTLA, 10 min to Metro Trains. A folding extra bed can be added for an additional guest.

One of the best things about our space is that you feel you are in nature not in urban Los Angeles. When you wake up in the master bed in the morning the only view through the sheers ia bamboo, trees and usually a bright blue sky. When you sit up you see the beautiful new deck and pool. Life is good :)
