🌟 A Little Paradise by the Sea 🌟 That little house captured my heart the moment I arrived. Such a lovely spot—friendly neighbours, two parking spaces, a cozy porch, two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa, a separate dining room, and a perfectly equipped kitchen. The bathroom had a shower and underfloor heating, and the laundry/drying room was a lifesaver! The terrace was my favorite place to unwind in the evenings with the dogs and a book. It led to the garden, a shed, the dunes, and just beyond—the sea. From the kitchen, you could hear the waves, smell the resin in the air, and listen to the birds singing. No signal. Absolute peace. We’re definitely coming back next year—with the kids and the dogs.

Great location on the sea front, approx a mile walk to Heacham or Hunstanton. Great set up for like us a large family with 2 small dogs. The accommodation was faultlessly warm at all times, which was appreciated when coming back from a wet and windy walk. Great utility room to dry your wet clothing in. We had everything we needed which made our stay enjoyable (could have done with more toilet rolls, had to source some more) Overall we had a great staycation, all I would say is if you are travelling without dogs, remember dogs have stayed here. We wouldn’t hesitate staying again.

Stayed at Suzanne's over the bank holiday weekend and we couldn't have choosen a better place. Suzanne was lovely, very welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely room, very well presented and very clean with everything you needed, a very comfortable bed, need a great nights sleep. We would highly recommend Suzanne's and will definitely be booking another stay.

Our little family had a lovely stay here at Emily's place. The quiet location was perfect for our little ones, who aren't the best sleepers! The propert was great and the welcome basket was a lovely and much needed surprise too. Thank you

A family of four, we spent two nights at Susan and Derek's accommodation. Although we weren't walkers on a holiday, we were attending a family function, we greatly enjoyed the picturesque village of Tetford. Lovely exposed beams and decor made our stay a really lovely experience. The garden is beautiful and Derek and Susan are at hand ready to help with anything. It's always lovely to stay somewhere that is a lot nicer than your own home! This is the case here - a lovely, clutter free envionment which de-stresses you within minutes of being there. I thoroughly recommend.

We just left here after a 6 week stay in between a house move and we didn't want to leave! It felt like home immediately and was a real comfort to us during a stressful house move time. The hosts are wonderful, kind people and we are grateful to them for their help and support. Making friends with their dog topped our stay off nicely. Great place and amazing hosts. Thank you.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Huis was schoon & opgeruimd, lijkt wel op de leefruimte waar normaliter een gezin woont. Slaapkamer op de foto’s is fijn, goed bed. Badkamer ook schoon, prima douche. De tweede slaapkamer ontbreekt echter van de foto’s, dit is ook de slaapkamer van de kinderen en in dit bed passen helaas niet 2 (volwassen) personen waardoor wij niet met zijn allen in de woning paste. Communicatie met Michal was fijn, reageert snel en een heel vriendelijk kaartje bij binnenkomst, mooie geste. Al met al een prima verblijf gehad, kerst kunnen vieren met de familie die in Scunthorpe woont. Dank voor de gastvrijheid Michal.

We had a wonderful stay at Jude’s place. Anderby Creek is beautiful; the beach is so sandy and gorgeous and we spotted wildlife everyday. Lots of birds and rabbits! Breakfast at Anderby Beach Cafe is perfect, lunch at the North Sea Observatory (thanks to host recommendation) and a visit to Natureland Seal Sanctuary in Skegness. Jude was lovely, responsive and friendly. She was even kind enough to accommodate a late check out. Perfect weekend getaway.

Bev & Gus were very welcoming and their place was beautiful and felt like home. The place has a relaxing and well looking garden. I also liked the fact that it is very well located and very close to Skegness beach. It's a must coming here if you are looking for a short getaway from a busy life.

We were four adults and two little dogs and there was lots of space for us. Everything we needed and very welcoming.
