Had a great 2 days, and the lovely large pond on the front door was so peaceful to sit out of an evening. Short walk to main town centre. Very friendly pubs. The Kinematic in the Woods is a must see. If you are into golf, the course is meant to be one of the best in the country. Stevi..

We had a great stay in the cottage, 2 adults and 1 giant dog, we always check with the host first if they have any size restrictions on dogs and luckily Denise confirmed any size dog can stay! Very quiet location, only downside is that the cottage doesn’t have its own garden, we took our dog across onto the verge opposite for a leg stretch, it wasn’t a problem for us as we were only using it for a sleeping base but would have missed a garden if we were spending more time in the cottage. Very clean and tidy place with everything you could need, would definitely return if we are back in the area. We bought some lovely homemade Jam from Denise for our breakfast!

This is the second time we've stayed with The Swan and will certainly return again for the view from the window, great value and comfy bed. When we are gigging at The Engine Shed, The Swan is perfect and the breakfast is good value in the morning. All food during your stay receives a student discount when quoting the room and if you don't feel like heading out you can even get room service. While many Airbnb places overpromise and underdeliver, The Lodge is what Angela says, and more. It’s spacious, well-equipped, perfectly furnished, and clean. Angela and her husband, Derek, are great hosts, quick to answer questions (although everything is very clear from their notes), and hitting just the right balance between being available if needed, but not imposing. I have to visit the area at least a couple of times each year and I will definitely stay here again. If asked for anything that could be improved, the only thing I can think of is that for longer stays, a washer-dryer would be a very welcome addition! But that’s nitpicking. Everything was great, and thanks to Angela and Derek for a great stay.

Great for a one night stay in Lincoln for a good budget price. Room and bathroom were both clean, and view of the river was lovely!

We had a great stay at the Swan! Becky was really helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had! It was great value for money, particularly having parking included! We will definitely stay again next time we're back in lincoln!

A unique little lodge which was thoughtfully presented and lovely Little Place where can just have peace and quiet.

If you’re looking for a special hot tub get away, this is perfect. The accommodation itself is beautifully furnished, and set in an ideal location for walks and local pubs. The hot tub seemed like it was brand new, good quality and clean. It is wood fired so it will take 1-2 hours to heat up, which is to be expected

The Airbnb me and my partner stayed in was perfect for what we had envisioned. Luca was very responsive and always helpful. If we were to come back to Swinderby we’d definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for 4 nights - fantastic location for walks along the coastal path. Very comfortable set up, quiet and peaceful surroundings plus the added bonus of gated parking too . Facilities were as described, it was so useful having a little kitchen area to dish up meals after buying fresh produce from the local deli’s across the Norfolk coast region. Plenty of hot water and heating which made it all feel cosy esp during the evenings. Will be returning for sure in the not too distant future.

We really enjoyed our time at Woodside, it had everything we needed and was beautifully clean and easy. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

We stayed here as we were helping my son with his first house and we felt very at home. Sarah, our host was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. The property although attached to the main house was very private and quiet. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was everything we needed to hand and a very large parking space as we travelled up in my van. Although we didn't get time to really look around the village much as we were busy working we did find it very quiet and tranquil compared to home. Sarah recommended the Ship Inn to us which is a 5 minute walk away . We went to eat there one evening and I have to say I can highly recommend the food especially if you are hungry as the portions are very generous, they also have a great range of real ales ! To sum up ! Sarah was a great host , warm and friendly and very helpful and the property itself very clean and comfortable and I would rate it 11 out of 10 . Thank you Sarah for a lovely few days . This air bnb was a perfect place to stay. Amanda and David were lovely hosts who were very helpful and welcoming. The air bnb was spotless and had everything you would need. I would recommend staying here and I am looking forward to staying here again in the future.

This was a lovely place to stay, the place itself is quite new and everything is clean and tidy. Its tucked away behind the houses so very quiet with a lovely outlook over the garden. We were provided with everything we required - and more, and we would not hesitate to recommend it!

Thank you for a lovely stay. An excellent location and the accommodation is even better than the pictures show. A large stylish space with everything you need. Set in beautiful grounds. I recommend looking on Google street view to find the entrance. Quite a lot to do nearby with local pubs and holiday park.

A wonderful calm and relaxing hideaway! The cottage was spacious and homely, just what we needed for a family escape and a perfect location for a friend’s celebration nearby. The surrounding gardens were idyllic and enabled us to stay in and enjoy the setting. Travelling with a young family we were delayed but Richard was very understanding and made check in still simple and worry free. Stamford and Woolsthorpe Manor were lovely spots close by and the Six Bells in Witham served a fantastic Sunday roast. We would definitely visit again.

This is a lovely place to stay. Great location - very quiet and peaceful but also very close to the beaches. There's a lovely little wooded area that was perfect for giving our dog somewhere to sniff morning & night. The caravan was very clean and comfortable. Jules was very friendly and the perfect host. She provided clear instructions to find the place, and was very responsive to my messages. Check-in was easy, even though we ended up arriving later than planned. Jules helped me out when I hadn't brought something, and she and her husband were extremely helpful when I had problems with my car as we were about to leave. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back again for our next beach trip! Many thanks Jules.

we booked the whole property for our family reunion which was for a group of 40 including kids there was a lot of space for all of us and a selection of ensuite bedrooms.Mix of rooms, from 3 rooms with double beds, with rest being twin and singles. Free coffee making facilities in the rooms with some biscuits too We had another property less than 2 mins walking distance which again gave us space with a selection of twin and single rooms Holcombe had a welcoming feel although the lounge on first floor was smaller for the group we still had other rooms to use eg the dining room which was a lovely place to sit and eat together or simply sit and play games The kitchen was adequate with a massive cooker so didn't take long to prepare food for the group. there is a supermarket within walking distance and Cleethorpes beach was a 30 minute drive which was a great place to spend the day with the family very thankful we were offered this property for self catering exclusively for our group

A lovely place to stay for a few days in the Vale of Belvoir. I was staying for work and will certainly be staying again. Lovely annexe with everything you need and more. Immaculately clean and well thought out. A homely space, ideal to return to after a long day. Thoroughly recommend.

Kirsty and Steve were fantastic from start to finish. Couldn't have been more accommodating, very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and right at home for the full stay. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in the area.
