Tiny house holiday rentals in East Lindsey

We had a lovely two nights at Happy Valley. It is in a peaceful setting. It worked out really well for us as a family of 3. It is so nice to have the cooking facilities by the hut and it was so lovely to have the fire pit for the evening. We would love to come back!

The Wendy House is a Lovely Perfectly sized chalet, for four guests, set among other chalets, in a peaceful location. The chalet has been beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our Stay. Thankfully including fans to keep us cool, as it was extremely hot weather. We were extremely comfortable and had a very pleasant stay. Though we did not actually meet, communication with Helen was Very good and she is a very Kind Lady.

My husband and I absolutely loved Patrick's place. Thank you for such a great relaxing stay, your lovely hospitality, such a pleasure to meet you xx We loved the set up of the whole place, our off grid room, stove, and how peaceful it was on an evening. Plus, thank you for letting us use the shower in your home, also to stay fresh & clean 🙏😉 Only 20 mins away from the lovely Lincoln City. Plenty to see and do there if want to venture out and if not, relax and enjoy being surrounded by nature 🧘‍♀️💚🌿🌱

Our stay at Amanda’s caravan was lovely! The caravan was so clean when we arrived and almost everything you need is provided. It’s a great distance from the nearby town, and an even better distance to the beach! We had an amazing time and honestly couldn’t think of anything to complain about! Amanda was very good at getting in touch once the booking was made, and was quick to respond when I had a question. Overall, I would 100% stay here again, and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful stay and the cabin was perfect, adjacent to the village pub. The cabin was owned by the village pub, which had welcoming locals and served great food. We will definitely be rebooking later in the summer.

Absolutely breathtaking setting. Staying in the Potting Shed we were completely immersed in peaceful nature, but just a short walk (or golf buggy ride!) from the pool and sunset mound (highly recommend heading there for sundowners).

Fantastic three night stay at this delightful shepherds hut wonderful weather and enjoyed relaxing and watching the swallows and skylarks. Wonderfully peaceful and quiet location. Everything we needed was catered for including breakfast bacon roll from cafe next door. Appreciated the welcome honey! We’ll be back soon x

We had a great stay here whilst in the area for the Boston marathon. The property was as described and we felt both that Kevin was on hand should we need anything but also that we had complete privacy. Being able to return for a quick shower after the race (after check out time) was much appreciated too. thank you!

We loved our stay in the Dragonfly Shepherds Hut, it was amazing waking up in the morning to the beautiful surroundings. The hut is cozy and comfortable, the outside area is perfect to relax and enjoy the sunny weather.

Have stayed in a few places in Chapel St Leanards, but Amanda's caravan was by far the nicest we've ever been in. The surrounding area was quiet, with a lovely green directly outside the caravan. The van was homely with everything you needed available. Amanda was very friendly, and helpful, when we needed her. And sorted a problem we had, straight away, that day. The maintenance couple who came we're very helpful, and friendly, and sorted the problem within an hour. We would definitely recommend Amanda's caravan. A real home from home place to stay

We're just back from a lovely 3 night stay at Avis's beautiful caravan. From the start the communication has been first class, any questions prior to our stay were addresses straight away and the instructions on finding the caravan were spot on. The caravan was very modern and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Location on the camp was perfect, only a 5 minute walk away from the main attractions, but far enough not to be disturbed by noise. Avis even extended the time that we had to leave on the last day which was very helpful. The only down side for some people might be the lack of wifi and bad signal around the caravan area but it didn't make any difference to us. We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Debbie was spot on from as soon as I had booked the room. Really helpful with directions as I’d driven 5 hours to stay here. wish I could have stayed longer to actually appreciate the surroundings and the accommodation itself, I was just booking somewhere to lay my head for the night as 2 long days at Lincs show, I had no idea that I had booked such a beautiful place to stay! 😍 I’ll definitely be booking again to stay here when I’m next in Lincoln! 👌🏻 Thanks so much Debbie! The caravan was perfect—great location and surprisingly spacious inside. The photos didn’t do it justice! There was a lovely open area at the front where the kids could play, and the restaurant was just a short walk away.

We stayed in one of the 2 person pods with my puppy and it was the best first stay for her and us! The area is so peaceful, scenic and only 10 minute drive from the local town which has so many shops! The hot tub was so easy to use and relaxing, BBQ just the same & created lovely food! Pod was small but we had just enough space for a couple and puppy. We had everything we needed. Big thank you to Natalie for allowing us to stay in one of your beautiful pods and amazing service! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will most likely be back ourselves! x

Jamie and Kate's place is really something special!! Incredibly thoughtfully laid out and spotless.

An amazing time away….the property is very cosy, the outdoor space is private and spacious and the jacuzzi was the cherry on top. The location is great with nearby shops and restaurants, thoroughly enjoyed walking along the nearby beach every evening. The location is very peaceful and a good place to unwind and chill. Sue was very helpful from the get go and very easy to communicate with. Was an amazing time away for my birthday and will definitely be booking this place again soon x

Really lovely shepherds hut in it's own private fenced in garden/vineyard. Our little dogs had a really good look but no matter how hard they tried they couldn't find a way out. Very little road noise and all the facilities were really good and easy to use. We were all so relaxed and had the chilled out, switched off weekend we really needed. Beyond the accommodation the site is beautifully maintained and is obviously a work of love as well as a really smart business model. Perfect part two to our honeymoon.

Very friendly host, always at the end of the phone to help. Nice personal touch, with the treat box. The best feature is the hot tub, we spend most of our evenings relaxing. Thank you again Tracey. We will definitely book with you in the future. Xx

Booked this as a one night break to destress and take a break from hustle and bustle of daily life. My friend and I were able to switch off and just enjoy the beautiful peaceful surroundings. Watching the sun set while relaxing in the hot tub was a lovely way to end the day. Simon and Denise were excellent hosts and were very down to earth and welcoming. They let us know they were available should be we need anything but otherwise left us be. It was a perfect little getaway and we would definitely stay there again. Lovely couple and a beautiful place. Thank you both again.
