Holiday rentals with breakfast in East Lindsey

We had a fantastic stay with Mandy & Michael. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived until the time we left. We would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay at their beautiful house.

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

We had such a wonderful stay with our two little ones and Kevin was incredibly friendly and helpful. The place is perfect, great size with really comfortable living room and eat in kitchen which opens out onto a little deck. It was super clean and beds were all very comfortable! Lovely touches like breakfast and bottle of wine in the fridge for when we arrived. The cottage is also walking distance to cafes and pubs and to the beach! Would love to come back!

A little gem of a place, tucked away from the main road & very peaceful, yet only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Newark. Suzanne is a great host, very welcoming & friendly who is always on hand if needed. A good supply of provisions were waiting for us upon arrival including milk, bread cereals & crossiants. We would not hesitate to stay here again when next in the area.

Nice and clean, easy to find and parking available

Me, my husband, our 1 year old son and our dog have had an amazing experience staying at Sharon's Seaside Garden Apartment for 2 nights! The house was very cosy, clean and gave that 'holiday' feel particularly thanks to the nice and bright 'sun' room at the back overlooking the garden. We've brought disposable barbeques with us and enjoyed dinners outside! The house is fully equipped and has got everything you may need. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs around. And the beach is about 5 minutes walk. Sharon was so kind to leave us a picnic blanket and humper and gave us some advice of where to go with a toddler and a dog. The boating lake behind the Leisure centre is only about 15 minutes walk. And you can enjoy toddlers paddling pool, playground and a sandpit there. Even though Sharon was on holiday, communication with her was always good and fast! Would definitely recommend Sharon's house to anyone!

Very convenient for our visit, felt like a safe and secure location. The property was quiet, clean and had wonderful country views. Two lovely bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen gives you all that you need.

Absolutely loved our stay, Perfect for a “romantic” child free night, Was extremely clean and even left us coffee, tea, milk etc to make a drink on arrival. Was very private and even had a fire work display sitting on our balcony, hehe. Highly recommend 5*

Easy check in, the studio itself was stunning. We were very happy with out stay.

The Appartment is near the City Centre (4 min Walk) and the next Food Store is just 1 min Walking Distance, on the Street are a couple of Restaurants and Takeaways so thats great. The Appartment was nice and clean only the Bed Sofa was a little unconfortable, but I didin`t die, for a couple of Days it`s totally fine (I`m used to a King Size Boxspring Bed here in Switzerland) The Master Double Bed was great and the Bathroom upstairs is really Big and nice. We had our own Parking Space what is great. The Renzo Team was ever so supportiv and helpful, great Service. We are going to come back for sure next Time if the Appartment free. What a lovely host. We were made to feel right at home. Spotlessly clean. Great shower, comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Good local knowledge will accurate advice and recommendations. 25 mins walk to town, castle and cathedral. Hope to see you again soon.

Clean room, very friendly hosts. Comfy bed! Birdsong in the morning. There's parking (at the front) and it's about 15 minutes walk to the town centre (Newark is flat). A local park, a small nature reserve, the castle and the leisure centre are all within 20 minutes walk (5 minute drive). Breakfast is simple and catered for both gluten and lactose free. I enjoyed myself and would recommend it.

Lovely space. Ideal that it has a little enclosed area of garden to toilet my dog. Catherine was very accomodating. I had the breakfast which was also great.

From the moment we booked, Louise’s exceptional communication made us feel like VIPs. Her hospitality was truly outstanding - warm, welcoming, and attentive. Such a beautiful room, with its cozy interior, was an absolute delight. Every detail reflected a thoughtful consideration to making our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. A special highlight was the stunning summer house in the garden. It provided the perfect spot to relax and soak in the serene surroundings whilst playing a game of Scrabble and a cup of tea. A very comfortable bed, and roomy bathroom made for a V.pleasant stay. As others have commented previously, the breakfast that you provided was amazing and plentiful, and it was really lovely to talk to both Louise and Rich for a little while after. True hospitality consists of giving the best of yourself to your guests, and Louise certainly embodies this spirit when hosting. A real treat to stay at this AirBnB… we are sure to return again. We had a great stay here whilst in the area for the Boston marathon. The property was as described and we felt both that Kevin was on hand should we need anything but also that we had complete privacy. Being able to return for a quick shower after the race (after check out time) was much appreciated too. thank you!

John, Chris & their family were very hospitable & made us feel very welcome. John was eager to help with local recommendations & quick to send links for options. Unusually for an Airbnb property, they also laid out a lovely & healthy continental style breakfast, which set us up for the day. Nothing was too much trouble & we’d definitely recommend No.26 to our friends & stay ourselves again.

We had a lovely 1 night stay at Sawcliffe! We started off our trip by visiting the doggy spa with our dog and every detail was thought about. We loved the spa as it’s not something you can ever do with your dog, loved the thought! Emily was so helpful and provided us with help if we asked and fab recommendations. The house and grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to see the Ponies. The bed was so comfy, we slept like babies. 1000% would recommend and would love to come back. Thank you Elwes family 🩷
