We had a great weekend at this place. The place is small, but has everything you need. The porch and large deck are perfect for enjoying the weather and the view of the Canal. It was a great location for exploring lots of places on the Cape, without having to deal with traffic! We loved biking and walking on the trail alongside the Canal. The kitchen was complete with everything you need for cooking (just bring your own food!).

We loved the location overlooking the bay. Very beautiful mornings. Only a short car ride from Newport. Elaine was very helpful and offered early check in and late check out proactively - very nice of her.

Look no more! Winter Island Retreat is a seaside oasis that creates an atmosphere of tranquility and peace. From the moment I arrived I was struck by it's beauty captivated by the stunning sunrises to start each day The retreat is charming and a place of solace. The beautifully manicured lawn and gardens filled with lush floral designs adds to its magic. while the front porch with its rocking chairs, invite you to slow down and savor your morning coffee or lose yourself in a good book. Evenings are equally special walking the path to the beach and settling into the adriondack chair with a glass of wine It's a peaceful ritual that grounds you in gratitude. The home itself is cozy, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with calming beachy touches that make you feel at ease. It's perfectly located just minutes from downtown Salem. I'm grateful to be one of the lucky guests to stay in David's home. He was a kind and gracious host. A truly memorable retreat I will be back

Monica & TJ’s listing is exactly as pictured and described. It is spotless and well appointed. The extra little touches such as quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel (not Wally World brand), snacks, and of course the pastries upon check in- are so nice. These things tell me that they care about their guests and their experience. Great binder on the “How to use” + suggestions of things to do, restaurants, etc. Very helpful! The best part was how close to the beach this rental is! 100% would stay here again; experience to value ratio = A+ !

Stephenie and Chase have really made something special with their cottage in Sandwich! It’s beautiful, peaceful, and functional. It exceeded our expectations! The home is full of beauty, character and well cared for details, and the grounds are stunning and serene. We LOVED all of it!! The layout of the home worked perfectly for our family of 7 adults and 2 babies. There were plenty of rooms and spaces for all of our activities, and the kitchen was not only gorgeous, but also large enough for all of our baby bottle prep, food prep, etc. Communication was outstanding! From the moment we booked to the last day we were well cared for. The pre-stay welcome guide and messages (full of tips) helped us to prepare for the trip, and we referred to the guide throughout the stay. We loved staying here! the location was unmatched - just a few minutes walk to anything you could need (restaurants, shops, bars, the harbour,etc.). You could see the water from some of the rooms and you were less than a block to the waterfront. The rooms were clean, decorated really cute and bathrooms were great! We rented out all three rooms (6 guests) for a wedding weekend and it was perfect - we all had our private space to sleep and get ready but could open the doors or use the library or sunroom if we wanted to be together. Every morning there was fruit and fresh banana bread waiting for us. we sat out on one of balconies one evening to watch the sunset and it was just lovely. Sharl and Frank were friendly and communicative leading up to and throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Aruna's cottage was even more beautiful, both inside and out, than the photos. The interior was gorgeous, light filled and many decorative touches that made it feel like a 5-star hotel. The furniture was comfortable and there were many lamps which made reading in the evenings very easy. The art TV picture was very nice when the TV wasn't on rather than looking at a big, black screen. We used the dining table with statement chandelier for all our meals. There were all the kitchen pots, pans and utensils we needed. The refrigerator ice maker and water features were appreciated. Both showers were outstanding in function and beauty. Everything was spotless. The patio was so comfortable with a huge umbrella to shade us while we enjoyed the lake view which was ever changing. A highlight was when a huge turtle came out of the lake and walked across the yard. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is just off the property and is screened by a beautiful, tall white fence and evergreens.

Serene and charming riverfront hideaway. In a residential neighborhood but very quiet. You are 5-10 minutes from great restaurants, shopping, Dennis Beach but it all feels very secluded. We went kayaking every day from the private dock, saw swans, sea lions, and hawks. The space is clean, boho-chic, very comfortable beds, easy to use gas fireplaces. Primary bedroom sitting area/sunroom is dreamy for reading. Kitchen has everything you need. We thought we might miss an ocean/bay view but we didn't at all. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Meg replied to all messages within minutes. We would absolutely come back. Great for a couple or small family.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was very clean. The Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. The place was nicely decorated. There was lots to do, down by the lake, kids enjoyed canoeing and swimming. We had our own private beach and it was well kept. Even after a long day, being able to walk down to the lake to unwind from the day was a tremendous blessing.

Private beach access and you will have the whole beach to yourself in the mornings with beautiful and crystal clear waters. Lynn is an excellent and responsive host who was prompt in answering your questions. House was clean with comfortable beds and great view from master bedroom. You can see both sunset and sunrise in the same beach. What more can you ask for !!! Will be coming back soon!!!

We had a lovely stay at Pelham Court! The location was absolutely amazing- walkable to so many things but quiet. The place was spacious, clean and homey. The LavAzza coffee machine was a great touch, as were the full size appliances (and built in ice maker)! On site parking was more valuable than anticipated. Just a short drive to all the other Newport attractions, and it was so nice to be able to know you weren’t losing your valuable Peking spot upon your return. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Newport!

Rob was a great host ! He responded within a timely manner and the place was very clean and felt just like home. I would suggest bringing board games and such for the rainy days. For the folks who enjoy cooking the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. I would also recommend renting bikes or taking an Uber if you don't like walking. The walk to town was about 25 minutes. Overall great stay would love you stay her again it gives you the peace and quiet while also being close enough to everything and a beautiful view of the ocean.

Kevin's place is perfectly located in Angels Landing across from the library. It’s a quiet, safe location at night. The proximity to abundant dining and shopping options made exploring Provincetown incredibly convenient. The home was well-stocked with coffee and sweetener, which we appreciated each morning. The peaceful setting allowed for great rest after busy days exploring the town. Kevin was a thoughtful host and we'd definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place! Check in and check out was very easy and straightforward from Brian’s directions. The place was so clean and incredibly comfortable! We had everything we needed there and loved the location. It was so easy to walk to all of the restaurants and shops! We had a great stay and would love to stay again sometime!

Great place. All the good reviews are accurate. 3 minor issues that can be fixed quickly: 1. Parking is not on site and you have to park a couple of blocks away. That should be pointed out in the description, maybe it was and I didn’t see it 2. When you first walk in, the apartment is stuffy, but it’s fine once you air it out. I think it’s the couch or couch covers 3. No detergent for the washer, so bring your own. It’s the first time I stayed at an Airbnb that didn’t provide it Everything else was great, thanks for having us!

Waterfront Gem is exactly that, a gem!! Beautiful location right on the bay. Steps away from the Boatslip yet quiet and pleasant!! Park the car and walk everywhere!! Comfortable, clean and well stocked with the essentials!! Paula is very responsive and accommodating!! I'd definitely stay again!! Thank you!!

We had a beautiful stay at Anil's, and would book it again. The thoughtful use of space made the interior feel expansive, and the views to the bay are inspiring from every area. The kitchen was well-appointed and we really appreciated all the storage in the bedroom loft allowing us to unpack our clothes neatly. This is a great location just after the end of all the shops and restaurants on Commercial St.-so it's quiet and mostly residential. Loved it, thanks Anil!
