I love this neighborhood! It is quiet, peaceful, and only a short walk to either Tashmoo Beach or downtown Vineyard Haven and the ferry. The house has plenty of outdoor space with it's own wood fired pizza oven, fire pit, garden and decks. There are nice seating areas near the fire pit, on the lower deck and on the upper deck. Walk through the backyard, down a dirt road and be at the water in five minutes. Beach towels included! Plenty of sliding glass doors and LOTS of light. Vitamix included!

Tom’s place is in a very convenient location for visiting Cape Cod. It’s close to the port for Martha’s Vineyard and also near the beach. This is our second stay at Christopher's gorgeous house. We were delighted to return, and found everything as comfortable, clean, and welcoming as we remembered. The house is a gem. With comfortable furniture and beds, luxe linens and towels, well-stocked, high-end kitchen, and beautiful art, there's nothing of the impersonal, Ikea-type lodging here. This is a lovingly curated space into which one can settle with real pleasure. Chris's communications are always prompt and helpful. Our whole experience was A+++. If you have reason to be in the Dartmouth area, treat yourself to this delightful stay. Thank you, Chris!
