Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Dukes County

Stayed here 2 years in a row now for a girls trip and both times have been absolutely amazing. 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Plenty of space in the backyard for 9 people to sit. Also very cozy living room to all gather and play games/watch movies. Host was extremely responsive in her communication as well. 10/10 would recommend. We already can’t wait to come back next year!

Our stay at this Martha’s Vineyard home was unforgettable! As a group of new friends traveling together, the space was perfect—cozy, welcoming, and just the right size for bonding over late-night chats and shared meals. The location made it easy to explore the island, with beaches, shops, and restaurants all nearby. We especially loved the outdoor area, where we spent evenings laughing under the stars. A huge bonus was discovering Tony’s Market just down the road—it had everything we needed, from snacks and fresh ingredients to local treats. The host was friendly and communicative, making sure everything went smoothly. This trip brought us all closer, and the cottage played a big part in that. Highly recommend!

The house was charming with a beautiful yard, comfy beds, a great shower!! The host was a wonderful communicator and most accommodating. I plan to return someday in the future . Thank you Devon!

Lisa is an incredible host! She was very responsive and easy to reach. The house was very clean and neat and well equipped to make your stay easy and enjoyable. You can really tell that she cares about the home and the comfort of her guests. The home is located in a very quiet lowkey neighborhood with easy access to town and everything you need either by bike or car. I would definitely stay there again.

William’s place is in a great location - less than 5 minute walk to the beach! We had everything we needed for our stay and William was incredibly responsible the entire time. We will be back!

This was the perfect place to stay on Martha's Vineyard! The house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need, including bikes for exploring the island, towels for the beach, books for cozy reading, and a fully equipped kitchen. We felt right at home!

Charming house, conveniently located with grocery stores, fish market with fresh fish and seafood and restaurants nearby. Kitchen generously stocked, bathrooms clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for a short family vacation including beach chairs and towels. Kim is a great host!

What a lovely little flat this is. Very peaceful and beautifully decorated. Fabulous outside space as well. The linen, towels and utensils were of a good quality. lovely to have beach towels. Didn't find the sloping ceiling a problem at all. we are 6 foot and 5'9. Town is a 30 min walk we hired bikes which I highly recommend. it's an easy 10mins on a bike. Host was happy to offer us an early and late check-in and out but realise this is probably as we are now at the end ofvthe season so could be accommodated. Very kind of her thank you

Irie by the Lake was fantastic. The home is not only beautiful and perfectly designed and decorated, but it was the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Carol was super responsive and helpful. We are already planning to return.

Lovely stay here in this pristine part of the Vineyard. Expect shabby chic. Would definitely stay again. The location cannot be beat and the hosts were very kind and accommodating!

Samantha’s place was perfect for me, coming from a quiet town in NH. While you should have a car, it was centrally located. I was on the island for work and her place was very convenient for me. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, had all the amenities I required. I hope it’s available the next time I have a work assignment on the island.

Enjoyable last-minute short stay. It was very accommodating for 6 women cyclists. I so wish the hot tub was up and running. It would've been perfect after our 50-mile bike ride on the island.

Wonderful experience at a very special location. We walked and kayaked to the Aquinnah cliffs from the beach right out front. We listened to the sound of the ocean and the pinkeltinks while preparing meals in the spacious kitchen. The firepit area was just lovely. Highly recommend this place to all you no hassle people. It's perfect.

The Birdhouse was a delight. I had a wonderful night’s sleep. Martha is a gracious and helpful host.
