Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Drysdale

We had a wonderful time at Sue's place. She's a great host, the box of chocolates was a delightful surprise that my kids loved it. The house is tidy, clean and cosy we loved it and our three legged pooch too. The garden is a beautiful area where I loved drink my cup of coffee in the morning.

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Was absolutely in awe from the moment we arrived!!! The most beautiful stay, with magical details in every corner. You can really tell how much love has gone into Miles Away, and each guest stay. We were there for my birthday and arrived to a gorgeous welcome pack with wine, brownies & complimentary coffee! There was love tea on a tray on the bed and gorgeous little notes all over the shack. A booklet filled with wonderful tips, including sunset over the river which ended up being a beautiful highlight for us. A wonderful stay! Highly recommend this colourful, eclectic beach shack in a perfect location.

Had a great stay at Michelle’s place. Would highly recommend! So close to the shops, and very short drive to beautiful Barron heads. We had four little kids with us and they spent 90% of their time out the back playing in all there was to offer.

What a fabulous find in a peaceful location with views to the Bay. Being dog friendly was a major factor for us & our dogs absolutely loved their stay here, the yard was fantasticand secure. Would definitely love to stay again and recommend to others.

Great for kids, lots of kids toys, huge house, it just seemed to go on and on 😊 lots of bathrooms. Lots of toilets, separate living areas. The view is fantastic marsh, birds, lovely and warm. Well stocked and fitted out. Close to town.

Lovely place to stay in a prime location. The view was great too, being able to see the beach from the property. Close to all the local shops, and the place was a lot larger than anticipated. Thank you for the incredible stay. Will definitely return.

Lovely interior as per photos. Nicely furnished and in a quiet street. Be mindful there are stairs and not much space to leave luggage at bottom of stairs

Great location and only minutes walk to shops, cafes and amenities like the park which hosts various markets and events. Loved the private shady covered courtyard which worked well on hot and rainy days and unit had everything you would need for a family break. Beach was a pleasant 15 min stroll or 2 min drive which is good with kids.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with everything that we needed right at our doorstep. The apartment is very comfortable with pretty much everything that you need. Off-street parking is a bonus! Thanks for having us and it will be our go-to place next time we visit Geelong.

Staying here was truly a great experience! Communication with the host was excellent from the very beginning – quick responses, incredible kindness, and helpfulness at every stage of our stay. The apartment is very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed – from essential appliances to the small details that make a difference during a longer stay. An extra big plus for the host’s flexibility and support. The location was also very good – everything we needed was within easy reach. We definitely recommend this place and would gladly come back in the future!

We had a change of plans last minute and had to look for a place with very short notice. Lucky Kerry’s place was available, Kerry has been super responsive and flexible with the check in. The place was easy to find, close to restaurants, shops and near the water. It was a lovely unit with simple layout, clean and comfy linen, spotless bathroom and a neat courtyard. I was shamelessly asking her if I could have a few lemongrass leaves from her pot to make tea, surprisingly she came back with great suggestions :P I would definitely be back again if I’m in QC. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Belinda’s apartment, was very clean and tidy and in a great spot being close to the train station and in town. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing somewhere to stay. Belinda was very easy to communicate with and an amazing host ☺️

I highly recommend this place for its style, location, and the host's responsiveness. The living area is enormous, beautifully styled, and it feeds to a spacious balcony. Despite it sitting above a cafe it's very peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect.

we had a lovely stay and the interior was very cozy. we like the open kitchen and balcony overlooking the beach view. . the estate looks very new and good location for our short stay.

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

From the moment you walk through the door of Julies Airbnb it was welcoming and cosy. The view from the balcony was great to wake up to and the location was central enough to be within walking distance to all the great cafes and shops. Highly recommended, Julie is a great host.

Aidan's place is the best accomodation we had during our AU journey. It's just next to the tram station so very easy to get to city and the main train station like Southern Cross. Also, very beautiful view of dockland. The room is clean, and we get everything we need. Good kitchen, we bought good food from QV market and Coles and cooked at home, easy! Aidan is very respnsible and reachable, offered clear instrution for check-in always happy to help. Really appreciated!
