Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

A very comfortable and well presented home great facilities and a nice new and comfortable clean and plenty of natural light.

The house is lovely and very big. Suited us as we all wanted seperate rooms and our own bathrooms so the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was great. We did not use the pool or spa so I can’t comment on that. Lively Properties’s were easy to deal with and gave excellent instructions for the property. Would be happy to to use Lively again if we head back for another stay.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!

From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure that everything was in order and that we were comfortable. The house itself is stunning—set in a serene farm environment that offers both relaxation and a unique countryside experience. Our children especially enjoyed the opportunity to interact with and feed the farm animals, which added a special and memorable touch to the trip. Inside, the home is tastefully designed with a modern yet warm aesthetic. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the house is extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. It felt like a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to families!

We had a wonderful time at Sue's place. She's a great host, the box of chocolates was a delightful surprise that my kids loved it. The house is tidy, clean and cosy we loved it and our three legged pooch too. The garden is a beautiful area where I loved drink my cup of coffee in the morning.

What a fabulous find in a peaceful location with views to the Bay. Being dog friendly was a major factor for us & our dogs absolutely loved their stay here, the yard was fantasticand secure. Would definitely love to stay again and recommend to others.

Great for kids, lots of kids toys, huge house, it just seemed to go on and on 😊 lots of bathrooms. Lots of toilets, separate living areas. The view is fantastic marsh, birds, lovely and warm. Well stocked and fitted out. Close to town.

The house had everything we needed for two couples. Very clean, comfortable and a relaxing place to stay. Location is pretty good. In a quiet area and only a ten minute walk down to the main shopping area, Very easy to check-in with the door code and a basket of goodies was waiting for us. The weather was cold and wet during our stay but the house warmed up quickly with the heater. We came for the National Celtic Festival over the King's Birthday weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the weather.

My husband and I had a very comfortable stay at Ruby’s place. The house is very clean and spacious, with well equipped and well stocked kitchen. The welcome treats are also very sweet! Will come back!

A beautifully presented and comfortable home. Nic had thoughtfully started the fire which was perfect when arriving for a winter weekend away. Nic also offered us a late checkout which we really appreciated.

We had a lovely stay at Hannah’s place! Everything was clean and beautifully styled - walkable to shops and the beach which we loved!

Perfect one bedroom access to full house but just what was needed for me as I was only really sleeping there… clean and tidy and walking distance to beach and shops

I was blown away by how beautiful the place was, and am so grateful to have spent the weekend there. Cute little cafes on the strip, gorgeous beaches and an incredibly well equipped home for all your relaxing to be done. Host was incredible - obviously cares very much about the place and the guests. I can’t wait to book again!

We felt relaxed as soon as we opened the front door. The rooms were set out beautifully - and we loved the sea theme. There was plenty of space in the kitchen, the pantry had plenty of condiments, coffee & tea we could use, there were several appliances and good cooking equipment as well. Thanks Ian for providing a space for us to relax, feel at home and enjoy a few days of fun with our friends.
