I would recommend a stay at Vic's flat. it's in the perfect location for a day at York races. Flat was as described, clean and tidy. Nice little touches like brew making facilities and little bottle of prosecco. Communication was really good. Clear instructions for check in. Thank you for a lovely stay

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s Airbnb! Our family of four felt right at home — the space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Paul was incredibly responsive making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the area!

What a lovely place to stay, excellent location walking distance to the City centre and racecourse. Very well equipped property and a very comfortable inside space with its own outside seating area. Bed was very comfortable. Off road parking was available. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay in York, being able to leave the car in a private spot during the day and walk to the town centre was definitely a bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple cooking and the bathroom was very clean. We didn’t get bothered by neighbours or outside noise during the night so that was perfect ! Gary gave very clear instructions and was quick to respond whenever I messaged him. Would definitely recommend !
