Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Richmond

Place was perfect for us--- especially because our event was across the way at the Altria Theater. The whole apartment was great, but the light coming in the full bathroom was dreamy--- it made getting ready such a treat. We need to figure out a way to recreate that at our house. The bed and bedding was very comfortable... (the shower has low pressure, but it seems to be somewhat the norm.) Truly everything was fantastic- and we will 100% be recommending to our friends who pass through RVA, and look forward to staying there again.

This is one of the loveliest airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The place was beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and had much attention to detail. We felt very at home (seriously I’d like to live there!). Appreciated the extras especially when we realized we forgot toothbrushes at 10p and they had some there waiting for us! John & Jennifer have thought of everything and gave us cookies to boot!

Kristen's place is so clean and was perfectly located. We traveled with our baby, so Kristen gave great recommendations for places we could walk to nearby. She shared great restaurants, a bakery and parks nearby. She also checked in to make sure we were able to get settled in -- she's a great host! We'd love to stay here the next time we visit Richmond!

My second long stay in this apartment. Its corner location, adjacent to the VMFA might be one of the most desirable locations in all of Richmond. While I sipped my morning coffee and looked down from the second-story bow window and people-watched, it felt similar to sitting in a Paris street cafe. On fine days (and not-so-fine ones), I strolled the gardens around the art museum, or ranged wider to take in the surrounding Museum District and Fan neighborhoods. There were days when I never moved the car from its parking place. I could manage errands--groceries, banking, the post office, restaurant visits, all on foot. And no matter the route, I was always treated to the local architectural eye candy. Nina herself is available and responsive, but unobtrusively so. The apartment is perfect-- uncluttered, generously-equipped and immaculately clean. This has been two of my best Airbnb stays ever, on this continent or any other.
