This home is located on a quiet, picturesque street within walking distance of many restaurants, parks, and attractions. Beautiful garden in the front. Sophisticated contemporary decor that is comfortable and functional. The owners clearly pay a lot of attention to detail and think of all the little things that travelers need. It was immaculate, bed was comfy, the towels were all soft, and there were supplies for a tea drinker like me. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would return.

This is my second time staying in one of James’ air bnb’s and both times have been wonderful, you can see that he takes the time to make the space pleasant . I was in Richmond for work but still enjoyed my time due to the comfort and quiet of this Airbnb. Will definitely stay again.

It's such a beautiful apartment and we truly loved it! Some logistics: -Parking garage that is connected to the Mutual On Main building is located on the corner of S.9th street and E.Cary street. You enter on E.Cary St. Head to LEVEL3. Park in 1 of the reserved spots. There is a grey door, kinda looks sketchy, says "RESIDENT ENTRY." You'll enter there after you pick up your key fob. You'll have to walk out at GARAGE LEVEL4 to grab that. The GARAGE/LEVEL3 is the BASEMENT LEVEL of the MOM building. Once you go through the gray door you'll take that elevator to LEVEL1. Exit, then go through the doors to the right to get to the MAIN LOBBY. Then, take that elevator to LEVEL2. Exit and go right through the STAIRWELL DOOR. Pass the marble stair case and you'll go through the next door ahead on the LEFT. End of the hall gets you to your room. ROOFTOP: Go back to elevators at LEVEL2. Take to LEVEL12. Exit to left, you'll find another single elevator that will take you to ROOFTOP LEVEL.

Nicholas is a fantastic host! He took such good care of my whole family and is very knowledgeable of the area. He was so attentive of every request we had during our extended stay. We will stay here again.

Candice was fantastic to work with - extremely responsive and helpful. We had a long term stay and she also helped us set up additional cleaning services. We needed a place close to the hospital and this unit was perfect.

Taryn, was such a communicative host, very friendly and opening to helping with anything if needed! The place was easy to find, clear instructions regarding everything, clean inside and out, and very close to everything in downtown Richmond. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something a little outside of the city, but close enough to drive without being 25/30 minutes away from everything! 5 ⭐️ stay!

I had a great time staying here, Shaniesha was very responsive and proactive in making sure I had all the information I needed to make my check in very easy. the airbnb was very comfortable and clean, plenty of stores and places to eat within a short walking distance. a very short and easy drive to most places in downtown Richmond. This listing made me look forward to visiting Richmond more often this summer.

The perfect little home base! The space is really cute and unique, it’s great if you’re planning to explore the city and need somewhere cozy to reset. It’s close to a ton of great restaurants, bars, and entertainment and easily accessible to the rest of the city. The apartment itself is so comfortable and welcoming. It has keyless locks too so you don’t have to worry about carrying around keys. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Richmond.

Sean’s place was fantastic! Well worth every penny! It was clean and very cozy. Sean was so gracious and responsive, he helped us through the entire process and really stepped up when we had a family emergency.

I visited Richmond for two nights to see one of my favorite bands Glass Animals at the James River Amphitheater (awesome show)! Four M LLCs listing is perfect. I visit Richmond regularly and the location is a short walk to Scott's Addition, the Museum District, and several great places to eat and drink. The apartment itself was spotless and well appointed. Parking is on the street but it was never difficult to find a spot close by. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Other than it being comfy, spacious and centrally located, it was one of the most unique places I’ve stayed at. We came for a volleyball tournament and everything was walking distance. We love love love the decor! Everything described in the listing is ten times better in person. The host, Taylor was super friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. Definitely top of my list for most favorite Airbnb :) Can’t say enough about this cute place!!

The location and all amenities were as described! Simone was extremely proactive about reaching out and checking in throughout our stay. Place was clean. Was a great, walkable neighborhood for my dog and I, and the fenced in backyard was a bonus! It is chain-link and not particularly high, so just keep that in mind depending on your dog’s needs.

David was an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful. The location was great. Very walkable and a hipster ish vibe. Good casual restaurants and bars nearby and a great coffee shop just across the road. Very convenient for walking to Richmond's great museums The only negatives of the apartment I would say (and just in the interests of full disclosure for people looking for different things when deciding on where to stay) is that the apartment was dark - no views from the windows apart from brick walls. Also noises from apartment above sometimes disturbed me at night and trash cleaning on certain mornings will wake you up. Having said that these were minor considerations if you just need a cool place to stay where you can explore Richmond. I would stay here again for the convenience of the location and David's helpfulness and spotless apartment.

Stayed here for a few days with our dog. Location was great, loved that there was a designated parking lot behind the building. Was a very quiet stay, didn’t hear or see anyone else in the building. Clean space and free from clutter. Would stay here again!

I found the unit very clean and all cooking, cleaning, and bedding necessities were provided. Communications were great. Any questions or concerns were addressed very quickly. The number of stairs leading to the unit should be considered. The parking is tricky, but eventually I found a monthly lot that came in very handy. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend that others stay there.

Stayed for a couple months and it was great. Friendly, responsive hosts, fast internet, quiet, safe neighborhood, and a strong AC that kept the unit cool even during the summer heatwave. Can't really ask for more! Driving to get places is mandatory, but that was fine for me.
