Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Nashville

This condo was everything we were looking for in Nashville! Great location, clean spot & awesome host. Beau was so helpful with everything. We are already looking at when we can book again!

Had a great visit to Nashville. This unit was in great location close to downtown. Easy walking distance. There is an abundance of rentable scooters and bikes should you decide not to walk. Very safe area and environment. Someone at front desk at all times. This place has the best workout facility we have ever come across. Great restaurants and bars near. The unit was very nice, clean and perfect for our stay. We did not have a car so can’t speak to parking but appeared to be plenty of parking. Lyft drivers were great.

Jana was a great host—very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. The place was exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, and in a walkable location close to most areas. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable for two guests, clean, up-to-date, and full stocked for guest’s needs. Complex is quiet and walkable to Broadway street and restaurants. James was very friendly and responsive to questions and with parking and check-in questions.

Vik’s place was absolutely perfect for our quick trip to Nashville. Vik gave clear directions for check in, and his place was exactly as described! It was walkable to Broadway and the Gulch. If you have an event or need to be in Downtown near Broadway, this is the place for you.

Really enjoyed our stay thanks to Harmony and Brian. Apartment was very clean and stylish with fantastic walkability to broadway.

Me and family We're only gonna spend 1 day in Nashville.Tennessee. We're headed to Florida for vacation but decided to stay at extra day. Because the house was so comfortable, beautiful and clean we felt right at home. I hated to leave. If you're looking for a home away from home this is the spot.

We loved this cute, little, cozy place! It was perfect for 4 of us girls! The bathroom is well stocked with numerous shampoos, conditioners and body washes. The air fryer/toaster was an awesome addition for us, so we could save some money on breakfasts and some smaller lunches. Pretty quick to downtown/broadway as well. Jeanette and Jana were very friendly and quick to respond and very willing to help us right away with a quick little fix we needed. I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at John's place and it was just as lovely! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home (plus some extra Nashville flare). The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, they clearly care about their guests’ comfort. The location was ideal, close enough to Uber to everything we wanted to do, but peaceful and quiet at night. We especially loved the outdoor porch and spent most of our time out there. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier Airbnb experience. Thank you for such a memorable and relaxing stay!

This was perfect for our group. The listing description and photos were accurate, and the home was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities. As a first-time Airbnb guest, I had a great experience. The location offered convenient access to the highway, making it easy to get around town. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

All the basic and simple amenities that you need. Central air is much appreciated! Located close to BNA and a good push-off point to go to any area of Nashville. Although clean and well-appointed, you could tell the property isn’t given certain attention in-between guests. Over-all great stay!

This stay was nothing short of amazing!! The location was awesome, walking distance to local bars and restaurants! Starbucks and groceries not even half a mile away! The home is beautiful the pictures did not do it justice!! The hosts were very friendly and gave recommendations to attractions were very attentive !! We will be back next year!

First time to Nashville and these guys made it great! Nicole and Shawn are super responsive, helpful, and even proactive. Our stay was unexpectedly extended by severe weather, and not only were they essentially the first to inform us of the change in circumstances (already going above and beyond the call), they immediately provided guidance and assistance to make sure we remained comfortable. Their townhouse itself is spacious, comfortable, decorated in a fun and attractive manner, and was super clean. If you aren’t going to pay through the nose (and you will) for a “walkable” downtown stay (and many listings frankly abuse this term - we know because we drove past them during our stay) and have accepted you’ll be using Uber/Lyft a good bit (Nashville parking is something of a fiasco - leave your car parked in this place’s convenient, attached garage), this spot just a quick hop across the river seems to be a superb base of operations - the very cool skyline view is the cherry on top!

Loved this place! Comfy beds and everything needed was provided. Great location, walkable to many restaurants and bars. Quick, safe walk to Broadway. Great communication and arranged for a later check out due to late flight. Thank you!

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

The decor was absolutely perfect!!! Everything was so organized and easy to find. It was incredibly clean! The 4 vanities made getting ready so much easier! There is also ample room in the bathroom if a couple people want to get ready near the sinks. We had 4 guests and had plenty of room. It was very quiet! We mostly used Ubers, which were very reasonable, buy did walk home from broadway 1 night. (It was a short 20 minute walk, we took our time). The area felt very safe. The building required a key pad entry. It was very clean and had a nice outside/inside social sitting area on the 5th floor. There was a vending machine in the lobby. Every photo posted represents it exactly the same!!! We didn’t need any extra assistance from the hosts because everything was perfect but, she left 2 contacts in case we needed anything. Staying there made me want to go home and organize and decorate my house! I would definitely recommend this rental!!!

Such a great place to stay with lot to do around. The host was very communicative and answered all questions immediately. Everything was very clean for us when we got there and was easy to check in and out. I would recommend this place to people wanting to stay in Nashville.

We absolutely loved this airbnb! The location is perfect with a quick walk to broadway so we didn’t need to spend any money on uber. The room itself was also so nice with so much room. We absolutely loved the patio with easy access to the courtyard and pool area! The host is also so helpful and friendly, she was a great host! We will absolutely be staying here again!

A well maintained condo with nice amenities, in a safe area and so walkable to downtown! Rindi, our host, was VERY responsive and professional.

The Airbnb looked just like the pictures and was very close to broadway about a 10 min walk. Yvonne was very responsive and tentative to us and I highly recommend.
