Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

Great stay for first time in Nashville! The place was clean and homey. It was nice being next to the river. We walked around Germantown and was a short Uber ride to Broadway.

Beautiful place! Went for a weekend trip and was in the perfect location. Walking distance to the Gulch and even Broadway. Very close to 12 South/Hillsboro shopping area as well. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and the Guitar pool was a nice touch! Thank you!!

I had an incredible 5-night stay at this Airbnb! The home was thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect—just a short walk to vibrant Broadway Street, with its lively honky-tonks and music venues, and mere minutes from the Bridgestone Arena, making it incredibly convenient for attending a concert/sports event. Additionally, being adjacent to the Cumberland River Greenway was a highlight, enjoyed morning runs along the scenic river path, which stretches through downtown and offers a refreshing start to the day. The host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free stay.

Great location, with a friendly and responsive host!

Very comfortable stay! We had one guest who needed sleep on the pull out, and he also thought it was comfortable. The outdoor pool was a short walk away and very quiet. We loved the covered parking and it felt like a very safe neighbourhood.

This place was so great! Easy to get to downtown and great location to Uber downtown if needed as well. Definitely would love to come back if I’m back in Nashville

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here for our trip to Nashville. Close enough to downtown to walk or use the scooters but far enough away we didn’t hear downtown traffic and parties. Beautiful view of the river off the balcony.

Jennie and Maureen were great hosts and very accommodating/responsive. The condo was clean and an easy walk to Broadway. The rooftop was a nice addition and good spot to hang out. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Nashville!

Dons place is adorable. Plenty of room and couldn’t ask to be more clean! I would suggest a bath mat in the tub because it is super slippery (I’m 4.5 months pregnant so I was a little Leary) but that’s not a negative only a suggestion. I would definitely recommend this loft to others and would absolutely stay here again!

The Airbnb was perfect. I really have nothing bad to say. There was everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to coffee shops and restaurants and walkable to Broadway. Great experience.

The condo looked just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, even the rollaways. The location was perfect for CMA Fest. Cynthia was always helpful and quick to respond!

This was the perfect location and Amy was a great host! Our flights got in pretty early, and Amy allowed us to drop our bags off at the condo prior to check in so that we didn’t have to walk around with them which was super helpful. The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious for our party of 5. The pool was a great perk as well. Everyone was very friendly. Plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance in Music Row, and Broadway is a short uber ride away! If us Northerners are ever in Nashville again, we would definitely stay again.

Nice location by the water. Walkable to several areas close by. We went to the Sounds stadium and was easy to walk to it. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was great as it was right next to the building.

We absolutely loved this airbnb! The location is perfect with a quick walk to broadway so we didn’t need to spend any money on uber. The room itself was also so nice with so much room. We absolutely loved the patio with easy access to the courtyard and pool area! The host is also so helpful and friendly, she was a great host! We will absolutely be staying here again!

The Airbnb looked just like the pictures and was very close to broadway about a 10 min walk. Yvonne was very responsive and tentative to us and I highly recommend.

We loved the location. As non savvy technology-challenged people, it was a bit frustrating getting through the process of gathering the key and getting into the elevator but we finally did it!! So walkable to Broadway honkytonks and restaurants...Just a few blocks! We would stay here again if possible. Great communication and very prompt. Cozy bed and very clean!!
