Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown, Nashville

Me and family We're only gonna spend 1 day in Nashville.Tennessee. We're headed to Florida for vacation but decided to stay at extra day. Because the house was so comfortable, beautiful and clean we felt right at home. I hated to leave. If you're looking for a home away from home this is the spot.

Kevin's place was perfect! The location is close to lots of great places in East Nashville, the area is a peaceful quiet neighborhood and the home has everything I needed including a great yard for my pups:)

We had a great time & absolutely felt right at home! It was a quick uber to downtown & easy to find!

Our stay at Rick and Tiffany's home was just as expected. Clean, quiet, just the right amenities! We were able to walk to Nissan Stadium and restaurants. If you visit Nashville you won't be disappointed if you stay at their home.

Such a beautiful home they have made. The space was quaint , modern and safe. Will gladly Stay again!

I had an amazing experience staying with Collin! He was incredibly accommodating, gracious, and kind throughout the entire process. His patience and responsiveness made everything smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he was extremely convenient to work with, always finding a way to make things easier for me. I truly appreciated his professionalism and warmth-highly recommend! Right next to margaritaville, across the street from parlor doughnuts, and walking distance to broadway! Couldn’t ask for anything more easier!

This was a great place to stay. Nashville’s main attractions were easily walkable from here. We did a mix of walking and ride share. The place was nice and clean and felt comfortable and homey. The towels were nice. Sacha was helpful and responsive. I recommend this place.

My mom and I came for a mother daughter trip and everything about our visit was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable and in a fantastic location. We would absolutely come again.

15-20 minute walk to Printers Alley, Bridgestone arena and country music Hall of fame. Close to many great restaurants in the Gulch also. Full kitchen if you want to cook or just keep some snacks handy. Towels are provided but not kitchen towels so if you plan on cooking bring some towels and kitchen sponge. Washer and dryer in unit very convenient. Very clean on arrival.

This place is so cool!!! It is eclectic, eccentric and interesting with all kinds of little nooks for comfort and privacy. Long steps up, but worth it to get to this gem of a hideaway close to everything Nashville. They really capture old Nashville vibe. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at Richard’s place! He was an awesome host - he welcomed us into his home and gave us plenty of tips and advice for our time in Nashville. The space itself was great. Very spacious and Richard had thought of all the amenities that might be needed. Great location, close to lots of shops and the bus route to downtown. Cheers Richard! 😊

The condo looked just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, even the rollaways. The location was perfect for CMA Fest. Cynthia was always helpful and quick to respond!

Brendan was very responsive if I had any questions or concerns. Well mannered, and gave great detailed instructions on how to find the Airbnb, key fob, and parking spot if paid for in parking garage. Clean place. Will stay again if ever back in Nashville.

Zac was extremely easy to communicate with, we had no issues during our stay. Check in and check out instructions given were clear and easy! Was a good location with places to eat walkable distance and a close uber drive to downtown/Broadway just like stated in the description!

David’s place was great. We had all we needed and more. Very nice and clean. He was very responsive. The videos were helpful. The place is a short walk to broadway. We enjoyed the listening room that was sooo close to the place. We definitely recommend this place.

Ray and Connie’s was one of the nicest Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had!! Beautiful place with just about anything you could ever need. Very responsive hosts and incredible clean space. Nothing bad to say and can’t wait to be back!!

Amazing location - just steps from the Ryman, Broadway, and Bridgestone Arena! We had a fantastic stay in this comfortable and conveniently located apartment. The included parking was easy to access and a huge bonus. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

Katie was such a wonderful host, she was kind and always responded quickly. The condo was beautiful and perfectly clean. We loved the balcony, it was so nice to sit out on and be right by the river. I would highly recommend staying at her condo on your next trip to Nashville. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and things to do. I can’t wait to come back again!

Cute, convenient, and comfortable. We wanted to be near the Ryman without it being too loud. This place was perfect. The historic elevator is really cool. The building and condo has so much charm. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
