Great place to stay for a small group that is walking distance from Broadway. Place was very clean with everything we needed during our stay. Will definitely be back again!

Very cute place and very centrally located. We could walk to Broadway in less than 10 minutes. There’s a coffee place across the street with very fancy, delicious donuts. The Latch app isn’t as awful as we were led to believe. Lol. Just download the app ahead of time. Jessica is extremely accommodating and available if you need to reach her. We highly recommend!

Had a great visit to Nashville. This unit was in great location close to downtown. Easy walking distance. There is an abundance of rentable scooters and bikes should you decide not to walk. Very safe area and environment. Someone at front desk at all times. This place has the best workout facility we have ever come across. Great restaurants and bars near. The unit was very nice, clean and perfect for our stay. We did not have a car so can’t speak to parking but appeared to be plenty of parking. Lyft drivers were great.

Kelly’s place is gorgeous. The bed and pillows are so comfortable and the sheets are so soft. I slept like a baby. Place is pristine. E-bikes across the street were super convenient and uber/lyft is also very cheap to local sites. Kelly was also super kind and flexible with check-in which was greatly appreciated.

Comfortable for two guests, clean, up-to-date, and full stocked for guest’s needs. Complex is quiet and walkable to Broadway street and restaurants. James was very friendly and responsive to questions and with parking and check-in questions.

Communicated very well when I had questions!

I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to be relatively close to Broadway! It's about a 20 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Clean and decorated so cutely!

Michelle's place was very nice and comfortable and very conveniently located. It was fun to sit on the balcony and people watch. And the balcony is high enough up that you don't feel like people see you from the street. The apartment itself had everything we needed. It was so nice to have a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized bed in the living room. There is some street noise since the route for the party bike is on the same road as the apartment. But the apartment is fairly well insulated from the noise and the bedroom is shielded from any street noise when the doors are closed. Michelle was easy to communicate with and responded to any questions or problems quickly. I recommend this apartment if you want a clean and comfortable apartment with a very easy walk to Broadway and many other tourist sites.

I always like staying here it is a great place that is just like home. Karla was great because I made a mistake on my booking when I did it and she notified me and extended my stay with no problems. She does a great job!

We wanted to book an Airbnb for CMA fest and found Latoya’s listing. It was everything as promised. The place was very neat and tidy, as was the pool. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance which was perfect. Latoya and Deontris made sure we were well taken care of snack wise and toiletries wise. They kept us well informed of any nearby performances happening for CMA fest, and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. I highly recommend and would book again!

My girlfriends and I had a great experience staying at this location. You’re two blocks away from Broadway night life and restaurants. The decor and amenities provided were exactly what we needed for a short trip. We ordered from insta cart on the days we sat by the pool and ate in. We weren’t sure what to expect with the Latch app to access the building and every entrance but we all agreed it made us feel safer and more secure knowing not anyone could just gain access. Matthew responded almost immediately when requesting assistance and suggestions. Just an FYI, if you arrived prior to check in and the request to check in early cannot be accommodated, you can leave your luggage in the lobby for a small fee and explore the city! Would highly recommend and stay again!

Luxe cowgirl was the perfect spot for a bachelorette. The decor was so cute and aesthetic! Everything was clean and we had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Chase & Pamela were always responsive and allowed us to check in early which saved us a headache! The building will hold your luggage as well for $5-10 if you have a later flight. It was super walkable to Broadway and the pool was a great vibe as well! Would totally stay again here & recommend for any girls trip!!

The place was very clean and close to everything, we just thought that there was a private bedroom, we weren't expecting all of the beds in the same room. It was a nice place though and the layout was good with what you had to work with

Danielle and Kevin were great hosts and checked in to make sure everything was perfect. The location is very walkable and in the heart of it all. Don’t need a car for this area even if you used it to travel. We walked everywhere so you should definitely add the parking option into your stay. If not parking is $50 per day locally.

The location was pretty nice. Walkable to the happening part of the Downtown. The place was great called the Burnham. Good building. Good apartment. All the stuff you need is available. Clear instructions. Mostly AirBnb in the whole building. Responsive host. WiFi was good. The Bad: The elevator sucks. Takes ages to come. 🤣 Bottomline: Great place, great location and great host if you want to explore Nashville. Reasonably priced as well.

Everything was pretty great. It wasn’t extremely close to much, but it seemed to be in a sweet spot, where, with a 15 minute walk you could reach some great parts of town. We walked everywhere, but we like to see the city and all the neighbourhoods wherever we go. Some people may need to ride or drive. Comfortable beds. Quiet enough. Responsive host. Everything seemed well thought out. Pool was too cold at the time, but the hot tub and fire pit were nice. My only issue was with the thermostat and temperature in the living/ rental space. We found it cold and unnecessary for the AC to be on most of the time. The temperature outside was cool for this time of year. Emile is aware of the issue and said he would look into it but I think it’s necessary to mention that we did lose some sleep because of it. Still 5 stars.

It was a wonderful place to stay! The accommodations were great, it had all the amenities we needed and more, it was clean, quiet, and super comfortable. I would definitely come back here! Elizabeth is a great hostess and easy to book with!

The Apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything you might need! Perfect size for 4 adults! We walked to everything and always felt safe! We will definitely stay here again!

Sophie and Laurie were amazing hosts!! They had a beautiful place with great amenities in a very good location (very close to downtown)!! They were very friendly and responded very quickly, I highly recommend staying here!!

Home was great and perfect for a girls trip! The house is beautifully decorated, super clean and was well equipped with all the amenities we needed. Host was easy to communicate with. Our check in, stay and check out was seamless.

Amazing rooftop and place was as described. So close to downtown area and very family friendly! My kids had a blast with the rooftop!

Nice place, we enjoyed the location! The pool was great. There was also a convenient shuttle service that got us downtown with ease.
