Loft holiday rentals in Downtown, Nashville

Perfect location. We walked everywhere. Had a concert at Nissan stadium, couldn’t have been more convenient to the walkover bridge and to Broadway. Parked our rental car in the parking garage right across the street. If I was forced to say a suggestion - Felt like the AC was struggling to keep up. This place was exactly what I was looking for. Would 100% stay again!

Great experience, awesome loft that was walkable to everything in downtown Nashville. Responsive host. Place looked like the photos and the description was accurate. Would return in the future!

My wife and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. They were very clear on directions of checking in and how to handle early arrivals. They provided a secure area for our luggage until we could check into our room. The walk to downtown boardway was just a few blocks away and far enough away that we were not disturbed by the noise at night. Their communication never left me with any questions so I hardly needed to communicate with them. If you’re visiting, I highly suggest staying at the 506 Lofts as my wife and I will be sure to use them the next time we return.

Incredible location and super safe. Many restaurants walkable and super convenient little grocery store right across parking lot. Would definitely stay here again. Noting you do have to pay for parking once you're there!

Excellent location. So peaceful and quiet but everything is in walking distance. Great place and would absolutely book this as my only place to stay in Nashville!

We had a great stay here! The space was absolutely immaculate, and very well appointed. It is quite a bit larger than it appears on the photos. The bed is very comfortable and the air-conditioning is quiet and effective. Linda met us for check-in, even though we had a delayed flight and arrived after 2 AM. she gave us very clear instructions about the place. The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful, full of very charming houses and bars and restaurants. It was about about a half hour walk to downtown, which was an enjoyable walk. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying here!

For a busy weekend in Nashville this was the perfect space for us.

This was our first time in Nashville and this AirBnb was in the perfect spot! Surrounded by nature and great dining spots! The firefly’s at night were one of our favorite parts!

We had an amazing time staying at Samira's place for our first visit to Nashville! The location was perfect, walking distance to Broadway and other attractions. It was very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and prepare a few light meals. The beds were very comfortable (even the pull out bed!) and the unit was nice and quiet. We loved the Memory Wall area for taking photos and captured some great memories there. We were slightly disappointed the record player was not hooked up and there were no records to play as the listing stated this is functional. We used the pool which was very nice and there was even a BBQ happening at lunch on one of the days we were there where they were serving free hot dogs, burgers, soft drinks and chips. Samira was a very responsive and friendly host and was always available with recommendations and helpful tips. Overall we loved our time here and would return and recommend to friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this loft on our girls’ trip. Everything was exactly as described. Check-in and out were easy. We found the space to have everything we needed including coffee and creamer in the kitchen and shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. The area was very walkable. We walked to the Broadway bar and music scene several times, plus to Centennial Park, the wings mural, the Walk of Fame, and several restaurants. We ubered to and from the airport and the Grand Ole Opery, and our drivers had no problem finding the place. We had hoped to use the pool, but it just wasn’t warm enough to swim while we were there. We did go check it out though, and found the space to be nice. All in all, it was a good trip, and I would recommend Hunter’s place.

Stunning, well-designed and beautiful space in a convenient location. Lovely apartment with beautiful design, furniture, lighting, and décor. You can tell the space with expertly designed and planned. Feels like a magazine set. Décor is modern, but feels very comfortable and homey. Includes full kitchen and a washer/dryer. Highly recommend a stay here. Be aware unit is on second floor and walkway/steps were a little slippery from wet leaves. It took us a few tries to get the key code to work, but we finally figured it out. Unit only had 1 roll of TP and paper towels, so maybe stock up before you arrive. There is a Publix and Kroger located within a short drive. Would stay here again.

Nicole’s apartment is a great spot for a short break in Nashville. It’s super close to Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. The apartment is safe and clean and well appointed. Highly recommended.

We had the best stay at Victor’s Nashville apartment! The location is 10/10 we were able to walk everywhere we went. Victor was a very proactive host giving us clear instructions and directions before we even arrived and responded fast to all requests.

Located in the heart of everything -- fantastic location and vibe. Place was spacious and very clean. The perfect place if you want to be where it's all happening. Walkable to Music Row, Vandy, killer places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.
