Sandra was a terrific host. her place was as described even better. beds were comfortable,lots of bathrooms, lots of outdoor seating, and pool toys and indoor and outdoor toys/games. perfect for us as we had a family wedding in the area. neighborhood was nice, quiet nearby to stores and restaurants.

Everything was really nice. My family had an awesome time.

April’s place was exactly as described. There are thoughtful amenities and plenty of space. The location was very convenient to the airport. After a small miscommunication, April went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable.

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Svitlana was very nice. I love the place. She is very responsive! She is super sweet and very easy going. I have my opinions about some of the neighbors in the neighborhood but my overall stay I would say 8/10. Thank you for letting my family stay in your home. I would definitely book again just maybe one of her other properties in another location

Pool was lovely. Layout was very open. Such a nice place for us as well as our dogs.

Can't say enough about how great a host James was. He was responsive in a timely manner everytime I had a question. The place was immaculate!! A well spent Birthday getaway!!

Loved it. I could really see myself staying more than one night. Honestly, I could be there long term, if that was an option...😉😉😉 I'm really a nitpicky person, and couldn't find not one thing to nitpick about. So far, I've stayed in three Bnb's, and this will always be my top choice. Tried to researve for this Saturday 21JUNE25, but someone beat me to it...😩😩😩. I can honestly say, anyone better get it while the getting is good.

We chose Daniel’s place because it had two full bathrooms and it was perfect for our family to get ready to attend a wedding. The entire home is well equipped with every thing to make our stay comfortable - in unit washer and dryer with detergent to do laundry; iron and ironing board in the bedroom closet for last minute formal wear touch up; plenty of storage to unpack clothing to feel at home; luggage rack for suitcase; extra folding chair to use at dining room; coffee machine stocked with coffee, tea, sugar and stevia; water in fridge and ice cubes in freezer; hair dryer in bathroom; plenty of towels; and kitchen equipment/items to cook/prepare meals. Nicely done!

This home was perfect for me and my husband. The neighborhood was quiet and it’s perfect to go for walks. It felt like a home away from home. The space was clean and the location is perfect. The coffee bar and patio was the selling point for us. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I will definitely book again when I’m in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s! The area was very cute and walkable to restaurants. Andrea and her mom Carol were both very responsive during check in and throughout our stay. The place was very comfortable and had nice eclectic furnishings. We would definitely stay here again!

Sparkling brand new townhouse. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, stylish decorator touches. Clean, quiet and convenient location to either downtown or the beaches. Hosts were so easy to deal with and fixed one issue immediately. Plan to stay here again next time I am in Jax.

Great location in San Marco within walking distance to shopping and restaurants! Kyle was helpful with a few questions we had during our stay. We would definitely consider another stay here.

Absolutely one of the best stays ever! Francesca and Carlos’ home is just beautiful! We had plenty of space and the home was immaculate! From check in to check out the entire process was easy and our hosts, are most definitely Superhosts! They were extremely quick to respond and answer questions and offer information about the area to help us navigate…very helpful! All of the little touches to make you feel right at home are here. Loved being able to make coffee in the mornings at the little coffee station! We were very close to downtown and the stadium, like about 5-7 minutes and close to a number of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our 2nd time staying here. We had another amazing time at Tanya's place. The home is beautiful and so relaxing with the pool area and if it rains the front porch is wonderful for hanging out on. We had five in our party and there was plenty of room and privacy for more if needed. Tanya is so very friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming back next year. Thank you!

This is a great place to stay! I lived here for five months and Mathew was an incredible host. He’s great at communicating and helping out with anything that may come up. Neighborhood is great and the house is a great place to be.

This turned out to be the perfect stay for a besties weekend get away. The queen bed was super comfy and the water pressure was fantastic. The shower never ran out of hot water during our stay. Everything was clean and there were extra toilet paper and trash bags available. The neighborhood is very homey and lively, seemed like a good community. I would absolutely book again if I'm ever in the city.

My family absolutely loved this place! It’s beautiful and was spotless. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing! Our only complaint was the master bedroom was hot and felt like there was no air flow. The overhead light and fan did not work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely book this place again.

This house was everything you could hope for! The beds alone were a dream to sleep in, we were amazed how comfy they were. The host put so much thought and detail into everything, such as the labels, the towels, the wood for the fire or the recommendations of restaurants and nightlife. We were celebrating a birthday and the pool was the icing on the cake! 10/10 experience, thank you so much!!!
