Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. Tracy was awesome, adjusting our reservation to last minute changes we needed. Quick responder and overall amazing host! Place was very clean, and in a great location to go to different shopping malls in Jax. Will book with again if we are in the area!

I had a really good stay here. The area is great and the place is really cute. I had let Lawson know that I’d be checking in later at night and the light inside were left on, which I really appreciated. There were unfortunately a few things I wasn’t super happy with. The walls are really thin and unfortunately I heard a lot of noise from the people in the main house. The water pressure in the shower is really low, so be prepared for your showers to take longer, especially if washing your hair. Lastly, the pace was tidy and clean, but not spotless. I did spot a few bugs, which I know are part of living in Florida, but it still put a bit of a damper on my stay.

Pristine beautiful space to stay in wonderful pond view great swimming pool super close to everything and the hosts went above and beyond to not only help us, but too make us feel important every step of the way! Thanks so much you two are the best!

we really enjoyed our stay here! the location was perfect for what we needed. it is very close to the beach, restaurants, and a walmart is right next door. we had a few issues with the complex such as the gate not working, but the host was very responsive and helped resolve the issue. overall, we would stay here again and we even want to move into the complex now!

All I have to say is thank to this incredible host. I don’t really leave reviews but it was a must.They were extremely kind and and there for me in the time of need. The way they rallied to my aid on a personal matter made you feel welcomed, special and appreciated.The place to stay was very quaint and cozy. Very peaceful and immaculate. The location and neighborhood is extremely welcoming and Prestine. Great for quite and tranquil walks. I would. highly recommend this Airbnb and will be back again when I have to come up for work! This place was great for a weekend getaway with hubby!! Inside was very clean and spacious! It was in a quiet neighborhood, well lit area, nice area outside to relax. Judith was so nice and we look forward to booking again!

5 Stars I can’t say enough good things about my stay! Luke was incredibly helpful and responsive, especially on such short notice. He went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute booking, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was absolutely amazing peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax and recharge. I truly appreciated how easy it was to work with Luke, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at this cozy and well-equipped place, it had everything we needed and you can tell it was prepared with care. David was very attentive throughout our stay, and our baby Asher had the best time playing in the backyard. The location was perfect: close to the supermarket, downtown, and just 30 minutes from the beach. A perfect stay! 🪅

We loved everything about our stay. Ariana was very responsive when we had questions about our dog and checkout. The apartment is beautiful! The beds are very comfortable, lighting is warm, lots of window light, air conditioner works great, kitchen was very well stocked, extremely clean. I used to live on this street, so it was nice seeing lots of renovated homes. Enjoyed walking the dog at night. There’s a walkable strip a few blocks away with a couple of restaurants and a record store and bike shop. Central to what we needed, which was to go to a concert at Veteran’s Memorial (9 minute drive) and to visit people in various urban core neighborhoods (Murray Hill, Avondale, downtown, Riverside).

My sister and I loved the place.Beautiful and peaceful,loved the pool was never too busy to swim.The bed and the pull out bed was so comfortable.I love Jacksonville and this place was amazing!!!

The Carriage house was very clean and comfortable, and Brandon was quick to respond and accommodate our needs. The location was perfect - safe, walkable, and close to amenities. We will definitely utilize it again when we are back in the Jacksonville area.

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

I have stayed at Andrews properties several times. They are right near all the attractions in san marco, and well within budget.

This place is perfect. Perfectly clean. Perfectly stocked. Perfectly located. Quiet surroundings, yet so much to do around you. Friendly neighbors. The bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs were an added bonus. Just lovely. This is our third Airbnb in Jax Beach in about a years time and by far it was the best! Definitely hope to return.
