River Bluff Cottage is perfect for two to three people. 800 square foot studio style cottage with a spiral staircase up to an open loft. It’s Convenient and Close to the St. John's River Boat Launch, to downtown and a short 20 minute drive to the Beach!! There are no pets, parties, or smoking of any kind allowed on or in the property and no parties are allowed. Our street is lined with old growth trees on the quiet end of King St and super central to everything. Walk 3 blocks to St Vincent Hospital, St John's River & all of King Street. Drive 5 min to Avondale & Five Points. 10 min to downtown, Vystar, TIAA stadium, UF Health. 15 min to NAS JAX. 30 min to beaches. The upper floor is a separate rental.

The Funk House-A Retreat

If you are requesting to book, make sure that your AIRBNB profile is complete with a current profile pic and a description telling me a little bit about your self. This is a private home, not just a rental, the connections I make through Airbnb are part of the whole experience for me. The Retreat is separate from the main house (The Funk House) it is located in the back, on the top floor garage apartment. It has been completely renovated and furnished into a comfortable place to "Retreat".

Cute, clean efficiency apartment within a larger home. Completely private with separate entry door. New luxury vinyl "wood" flooring, new furniture including mattress. Appliances include dorm fridge/freezer, toaster oven, microwave, burner, coffee pot. Plenty of storage and a large closet.
