Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown, Jacksonville

The location on this place is perfect. You can tell it was lovingly remodeled. The upstairs is very private from the downstairs with a separate entrance. Two friends or family could easily book this beautiful stay and hang out yet feel very private. Both the kitchens and bathrooms are well stocked. You can’t go wrong by booking this place.

We went to a concert at Daily's Place. Perfect location. We would book the exact same place again. Nice, clean, great location. We had 4 people. Worked out great!

This turned out to be the perfect stay for a besties weekend get away. The queen bed was super comfy and the water pressure was fantastic. The shower never ran out of hot water during our stay. Everything was clean and there were extra toilet paper and trash bags available. The neighborhood is very homey and lively, seemed like a good community. I would absolutely book again if I'm ever in the city.

This house was everything you could hope for! The beds alone were a dream to sleep in, we were amazed how comfy they were. The host put so much thought and detail into everything, such as the labels, the towels, the wood for the fire or the recommendations of restaurants and nightlife. We were celebrating a birthday and the pool was the icing on the cake! 10/10 experience, thank you so much!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s! The area was very cute and walkable to restaurants. Andrea and her mom Carol were both very responsive during check in and throughout our stay. The place was very comfortable and had nice eclectic furnishings. We would definitely stay here again!

Seriously great stay. House is comfortable and full of character! Andrew was super responsive and friendly. Quiet neighborhood, but super convenient to everything. Loved it!

Great location. Nice and spacious. Felt like home. Only bad thing is the game room was hot. But we opened the doors and it cooled down fast..

Sparkling brand new townhouse. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, stylish decorator touches. Clean, quiet and convenient location to either downtown or the beaches. Hosts were so easy to deal with and fixed one issue immediately. Plan to stay here again next time I am in Jax.

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Me and my kids as well as our puppies stayed a weekend at this wonderful place my kids loved the house and it was a relaxing getaway my family needed everything was just what we expected Mr.Walden is very nice and responds with no problem in a very timely matter. The home was beautiful and spacious! There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The pool was comfortable and relaxing as well. I would highly recommend.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to our needs. The unit is exactly as described and had everything we needed for a quick getaway.

Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. The home exceeds any expectations the pictures just don’t do it justice .. the decor is perfect the energy was cozy and the beds were so dang comfortable that I took a pic of the tag so I can buy one for my house lol would absolutely stay again and the host was amazing and friendly

If you like roasting marshmallows then this is your place! Everything was wonderful. Beautiful backyard and home. I will say the Cleaning fee is pretty HIGH. However doesn’t change the fact that I had fantastic time staying here. It felt more like a home than an Airbnb. The backyard and fire pit was by far the main attraction.

Absolutely one of the best stays ever! Francesca and Carlos’ home is just beautiful! We had plenty of space and the home was immaculate! From check in to check out the entire process was easy and our hosts, are most definitely Superhosts! They were extremely quick to respond and answer questions and offer information about the area to help us navigate…very helpful! All of the little touches to make you feel right at home are here. Loved being able to make coffee in the mornings at the little coffee station! We were very close to downtown and the stadium, like about 5-7 minutes and close to a number of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for out family vacation. All the room were exactly as shown and each room had an extra blanket, this is important because the AC worked really good. There were plenty of towels for everyone and kitchen items were perfect. I was able to cook just like I was at home. The pool table was great competition for us to play and the backyard area was peaceful and beautiful. Brandon was very helpful any time I reached out. Even brought over some Tiki oil for us to use. This place was perfect to relax and enjoy jacksonville with your family.

I had a great stay at Mateus’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth, and Mateus was responsive and helpful throughout my stay.I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

. Bed was comfy and updated kitchen large screen TV and covered backyard social area make the Cowford cottage a no brainer for the money.. I would stay again. Minutes to many restaurants and off street parking make this a winner in my book.
