Yvonne’s place was exactly as listed. It was in a quiet neighborhood and was spacious with off street parking. She was quick to respond to questions and her instructions were clear and concise. It was exactly the type of space I was looking for and I’d stay here again. It was also super close to where I needed to be, the beach was an easy drive, and it was easy to navigate to here to restaurants in other areas of Jacksonville.

Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. Perfect location and walkable to venue for our event. Close to downtown and lots to do close by.

We loved everything about our stay. Ariana was very responsive when we had questions about our dog and checkout. The apartment is beautiful! The beds are very comfortable, lighting is warm, lots of window light, air conditioner works great, kitchen was very well stocked, extremely clean. I used to live on this street, so it was nice seeing lots of renovated homes. Enjoyed walking the dog at night. There’s a walkable strip a few blocks away with a couple of restaurants and a record store and bike shop. Central to what we needed, which was to go to a concert at Veteran’s Memorial (9 minute drive) and to visit people in various urban core neighborhoods (Murray Hill, Avondale, downtown, Riverside).

I had a really good stay here. The area is great and the place is really cute. I had let Lawson know that I’d be checking in later at night and the light inside were left on, which I really appreciated. There were unfortunately a few things I wasn’t super happy with. The walls are really thin and unfortunately I heard a lot of noise from the people in the main house. The water pressure in the shower is really low, so be prepared for your showers to take longer, especially if washing your hair. Lastly, the pace was tidy and clean, but not spotless. I did spot a few bugs, which I know are part of living in Florida, but it still put a bit of a damper on my stay.

Pristine beautiful space to stay in wonderful pond view great swimming pool super close to everything and the hosts went above and beyond to not only help us, but too make us feel important every step of the way! Thanks so much you two are the best!

Was super accommodating do my late check in and the place was super nice

This place was great for a weekend getaway with hubby!! Inside was very clean and spacious! It was in a quiet neighborhood, well lit area, nice area outside to relax. Judith was so nice and we look forward to booking again!

5 Stars I can’t say enough good things about my stay! Luke was incredibly helpful and responsive, especially on such short notice. He went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute booking, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was absolutely amazing peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax and recharge. I truly appreciated how easy it was to work with Luke, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

This was a great stay! The location is truly in the heart of Avondale, but the garage apartment is a peaceful sanctuary. Clean and well-organized. Fully stocked with everything you could need! Looking forward to coming back to this spot.

We loved staying at this cozy and well-equipped place, it had everything we needed and you can tell it was prepared with care. David was very attentive throughout our stay, and our baby Asher had the best time playing in the backyard. The location was perfect: close to the supermarket, downtown, and just 30 minutes from the beach. A perfect stay! 🪅

The Carriage house was very clean and comfortable, and Brandon was quick to respond and accommodate our needs. The location was perfect - safe, walkable, and close to amenities. We will definitely utilize it again when we are back in the Jacksonville area.

The place was wonderful, clean and beautiful. Very responsive to any questions, clear details and instructions with information. 10/10 recommend. Our favorite was the accessibility to the gym and pool, both with which were amazing!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

I have stayed at Andrews properties several times. They are right near all the attractions in san marco, and well within budget.

Excellent place to stay for the price! My husband and I enjoyed our week long vacation. Would highly recommend.

we enjoyed our stay, this place is beautiful, they take good care of it and I really loved the plants they have everywhere. Eric and his team were very responsive. they usually responded in a few minutes

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

Place was exactly as advertised. Host was helpful and responsive . The water cooler was a great touch ! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling and needing a nice home like place to stay in Jacksonville !

This place is perfect. Perfectly clean. Perfectly stocked. Perfectly located. Quiet surroundings, yet so much to do around you. Friendly neighbors. The bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs were an added bonus. Just lovely. This is our third Airbnb in Jax Beach in about a years time and by far it was the best! Definitely hope to return.
