Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Downtown Denver

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

This house was a great landing spot for our family (3 adults and 2 children). A quiet neighborhood, lots of room to spread out, walkable to Walmart (which came in handy when we wanted to grab quick late-night groceries for breakfast after putting the kids to bed as soon as we arrived). You're definitely going to need a car for most activities, but that's to be expected when renting a place in the suburbs; worth it for us to have the space with kids. Very close to playgrounds and easy highway access for getting to other attractions.

This is a beautiful home that is well maintained. It is spacious and open and was great for our stay. Everything worked as it should. The outdoor space was great! It was great to sit outside in the shade and use the bbq and talk with others that were sitting in the hot tub! I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Travis’s place was perfect! House was in a great location, was very clean and kitchen was well appointed. We would absolutely stay again.

Overall, this was a 5+ stay. From the very beginning, James was responsive and timely. We arrived to find the house spotless, well lit, music playing, and exactly as described/pictured…. Maybe even better. The kitchen was well equipped, linens were spotless and ample, and the neighborhood was quiet. 25 is just behind, so there was some road noise at times, but it was minor and really only noticed it 1 night. The house is beautiful and perfect for a group of family and/or friends. We would love to stay there again.

We loved this place! It was the perfect location for the weekend music festival at Civic Center Park we came for. The only thing, which is not the hosts doing or have any control over, the road noise can be loud at times. A white noise machine or ear plugs is plenty to get rid of it. But, you also are booking in a downtown area and that comes with normal downtown noises, so that’s to be expected! We heard nothing from neighbors though. The location provided us with the ability to walk basically wherever we wanted to go, which was so great. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning and impeccably clean, this home is simply breathtaking. The space is gorgeously modern and spacious, the rooms are beautiful and free of clutter. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe and conveniently within walking distance to restaurants, shops, yoga, massage, etc. which was so nice! The post-booking registration and guest verification process was a bit stressful, but manageable. The extremely responsive hosts were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed for a truly enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Denver.

Great location for a couple’s weekend with friends! Walking distance to Coors Field-great neighborhood. The apartment was much bigger than expected and very nice! Julie was friendly and responsive. Will definitely be back for another game and peaceful stay!

Erica's home was lovely and just as described. We were in town for the marathon and it was very conveniently located to City Park. Quiet surroundings, amenities as described, felt very safe. Hosts were responsive and available as needed.

Travis and wendee are by far the best hosts we’ve had so far very responsive respectful and friendly hosts 5/5 very private and homey! The location is close to local restaurants and places near the University district and downtown is only 15 minutes away! Will book again in the future

We loved our stay! The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space, and the bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There’s an excellent couch in the living room that is big enough to sleep on, if needed. The unit was very close to town which made for an easy walk to breakfast in the morning.

This place was a fantastic find that met all of our needs for the week. The walk-up basement was furnished just as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was really nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard space was wonderful for our little chihuahua! I highly recommend this place!!

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.

Great spot! Very walkable neighborhood and great shops near by. Make sure you have all THREE lock codes before trying to get in. After I figured out the place had THREE lock codes I felt very safe. Apartment is also a lot bigger than pictured so that’s a plus.

We loved the location. We loved that it was close to so many restaurants. Check in was a breeze. Guests who like to be out and about will love the access to so many things.
