I had a great time staying in Denver at this location. Close to everything comfortable and quiet. The bed was amazing and really enjoyed the luxurious rooftop view of the city, it was very chill and peaceful especially when catching up on emails. 10/10 would definitely recommended staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s place in Denver. Rooms were decorated nicely. The location was good for our travels in and around the Denver area; and the neighborhood was fairly quiet and safe. This was one of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Great value for the price. Overall we would recommend staying here.

Great place in an up-and-coming neighborhood with Santa Fe and the Art District within a 5 mins walk. Some great restaurants (Sushi was excellent) Lisa’s place was comfortable and has a great workspace, ideal for access to downtown Denver and for some late night meetings. Ample street parking too with the supplied pass. Definitely a great stay.

Kylen’s place was amazing! The most beautiful view and tons of amenities. Conveniently located near all kinds of food/entertainment/etc. Would definitely stay again!!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable stay! Victor was responsive and helpful when it came to checking-in and accessing the space.

In a quiet neighborhood that's centrally located for getting around in Denver, walking distance to parks and coffee shops, etc. Bianca & Sean were incredibly responsive and we enjoyed our stay!

Lillian has thought of EVERYTHING! She is friendly, super responsive, helpful, and trust me, she has made sure you’ll have everything you need. Our stay was enjoyable, comfortable, and much like staying at a generous friend’s house. The property is centrally located and the Whole Foods, CVS, and train station couldn’t be more convenient. Don’t think twice!

This is a great spot for being based in Lodo! You don't need a car as it's right next to the train station and being above Whole Foods is amazing. This apartment is perfect for a single person or couple traveling together. The kitchen has all of the basics you need to be able cook your meals at home. Would recommend this as your jumping off place to explore Denver!

Brian was an amazing host, I would stay here again! Very responsive, communicative, and flexibility with the stay. Instructions were very clear and he also sent some recommendations. We were missing toilet paper, but he got us a pack ASAP. 4/5 stay, a bit noisy upstairs but it was a townhome so not something I shouldn’t expect.

If I could give more stars I would! Astrid is a wonderful host and her place is in a great location, loved having access to a pool and delicious restaurants. The design in her space made it feel like an upscale boutique experience!!

Great location above Whole Foods, walkable to Union Station, restaurants, river walk path, etc. Comfortably furnished. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the overhead rainshower shower head.

We had a wonderful stay and it was very peaceful and plenty of things to do and places to eat around the area. Also had great accommodations which we did take advantage of some while we stayed there. Also a great location if you want to be near the ball arena and both baseball and football stadiums for any sort of event happening.

Kyle's place was great on a few levels. Location was prime near Union Station. The building is new and has nice amenities. The apartment itself was well furnished, decorated, and comfortable to stay in. Kyle was very responsive and clear with check-in instructions. Would book again if I can.

this place would make a great stay cation or regular rental as you explore denvar. Crystal is a great host

Had a great stay. Building is incredible with great amenities and helpful concierge on the ground floor. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Tips: best coffee (better than what the building provides) just inside Union Station at Pigtail Coffee, and parking requires some coordination with the front desk people but is actually pretty seamless. Whole Foods downstairs super convenient. Had a great time and looking forward to returning!

This place was a fantastic find that met all of our needs for the week. The walk-up basement was furnished just as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was really nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard space was wonderful for our little chihuahua! I highly recommend this place!!

Great location, walkable location for numerous restaurants and shopping. Cindy’s apartment was immaculately clean, stocked with basics in addition to beverages in the fridge & snacks on the counter. Beautiful views & wonderful area. Cindy is a fantastic host with thoughtful extra amenities throughout the apartment. I would definitely stay at Splendid Comfort again if ever in the area.
