Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Asheville

We stayed for 5 weeks. It was great for what we needed! Very close to downtown. Walkable neighborhood. Quiet. Hosts were responsive to our needs and fixed minor issues very quickly. No complaints! 5 Stars. Two minor things for others to be aware of: 1) driveway is not good for low-clearance vehicles (Subaru Impreza scraped), but street parking was always easy and available. 2) Hosts only provide enough consumables for a few days (one roll of TP, one trash bag, etc). This is understandable given the long length of stays (30day min) and not really a price differentiator, but also a little bit silly.

Comfortable condo a very short walk away from all of the eating, shopping, and activities in downtown. Parking was included and Beth responded to questions at check-in immediately. There is music in the bar downstairs at night so bring ear plugs, but it is well worth being able to stop in to change clothes or drop off bags anytime you want while vacationing.

We had such a fantastic stay. I believe this is the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. Our hosts were flexible and responsive, and took care of the one issue we had with the sink. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with dishes, glassware, etc. The property was pristinely, clean and well cared for. Our only hiccup was someone coming by and asking for money, but that’s just a side effect of being in a city I suppose. This was still an absolutely lovely stay. Thank you so much. I hope we were good guests.

The house had just been renovated on the inside. It was super clean and was exactly as advertised. It was close to down town, but the house was in a very nice quiet street. I would definitely stay here again!
