Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown, Asheville

Really enjoyed our stay in Ashville. The apartment is clean and spacious and well appointed, and close to great restaurants and bars.

Great stay, not the most impressive view in our room 500. However that really didn’t matter since we spent most of our time outside enjoying Asheville. Would stay here again. 10/10

This condo is a beautiful as the photos indicate. Beds are comfy. Everything was super clean. Love that it comes with parking in a gated garage - we felt comfortable leaving our golf clubs in the vehicle in the garage in between rounds. The balcony is a great place to sit and relax. The condo building is right next door to an excellent pub-style restaurant with great food, a block from a food co-op, and a few blocks (walkable) to downtown shops and restaurants. The host sent an email with access codes for the garage, elevator, building front door, and condo door - the instructions were easy to follow. Check-out requirements were reasonable - dirty towels on the floor, start the dishwasher, bag up all trash, and clear out all food. No requirement to strip beds or take the trash out.

This location was very quiet but a short walk to all of downtown Asheville. This will definitely be a home to stay again when visiting.

The unit itself is lovely. The location can't be beat. Really, 10/10 here. Wouldn't change a thing. Would love to stay here again.

Great location...walkable, easy access to downtown restaurants and shopping. Our favorite place to stay in Asheville. Well appointed home, comfortable and clean. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying again.

Great location. We parked the car and walked everywhere! No problems, day or night. As others mentioned the bus station is across the street but no noise. We had a few questions and got very quick responses. Unit is clean and beds very comfortable . We would definitely return to Asheville and stay in the same unit again.

Loved this spot! Close to everything. We had a great time going out and staying in. The living room had plenty of space. Good kitchen. The k-cups and mini creamers were great for the next morning before we had a chance to hit the grocery. Clear instructions for check in/out and recommendations were much appreciated!

Loved the location! Walkable to everything we wanted to do. The building was very secure. The parking is a gated second floor garage, with multiple different code accesses into the building. Very safe and secure.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Very close to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Elevator building and closed garage. Felt very safe inside. Well equipped and stocked. Bed was super comfy too!

Lovely place and location — could walk to most everything. The street at night was not very noisy and you could not hear neighbors. Everything was very clean and orderly except the patio, which was quite dirty (had to clean before sitting), including the floor. The ice maker did not work which was a bummer (had to run out and buy ice), but other than that, this place was great and highly recommend it!

Great location! It was practically across the street from Asheville Yards. Will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town for a concert.

Lorena is a great host, and always quick to help. No complaints whatsoever. The space is lovely and lots of room. Everything is clean and smells good. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It was perfect for us in between moves. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay in Asheville! This condo is in a perfect location that’s walkable to all of downtown, but because it sits back one road from main streets it’s also surprisingly quiet. We loved sipping our coffee on the balcony in the morning! The management company was very quick to respond when we needed something, and from start to finish our stay was very smooth. We loved that there are thoughtful touches and decor throughout the condo that made it feel very welcoming as comfortable. We’d absolutely be back to stay again!

Cute place! Loved the coffee/tea bar in the kitchen! The mattress was very comfortable & the bed linens were high quality. The updated features (matte black faucets, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, sound machines) coupled with the great communication, confirm that this host understands, and strives to achieve, genuine hospitality !! Water pressure in the (not en-suite) shower was weak🥲. You can hear people in the upstairs unit walking around… if you’re sensitive to noise like that, just be aware … Overall… this unit is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in with AIRBNB and we hope to come back again soon!

Brilliant weekend in Asheville. The apartment block is spotless and near everything you will ever need. Towns were responsive when needed. Would recommend.

Our stay was perfect! Close to everything. We walked to every restaurant we went to. Location couldn’t have been any better. Towns was very responsive to questions and help we needed. My suggestion for check-in. They say to park upper level, but actually the parking is at street level. The code to get in the door, I was looking in the AirBnB app for it, but they said it was in an email they sent, so keep an eye out for that email. We’ll definitely stay there again on our next visit to Asheville.

Felt like home away from home with all the amenities we needed and walking distance to downtown Asheville.

Great location. Unit was clean with a beautiful mountain view. Close walk to downtown Asheville. Be advised there are many codes to have handy for this unit. Trash room location, to which you must carry trash to as condition of checkout, is not well described and the door was tricky to finally get opened.

This place is in a great, walkable location! It was easy to access, very clean, and perfect for our home base during our Asheville stay! The parking area was easy to find and very convenient to the unit. There are tons of great shops and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. We highly recommend this spot and unit!
