Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Anchorage

Great studio apartment with great light/views, cool outdoor patio and essentials. Blackout curtains were perfect for long summer nights and the nearby train tracks are fun without being disruptive (the neighborhood is quiet). Very walkable to downtown—skipping a rental car and traffic was a huge plus.

Thanks to Chloe and the homeowner my husband and I got to experience a great 20 days here. Everything was provided, down to even the coffee and cooking oil.

Affordable and convenient place to stay for a couple of nights. It is small but fine for 2 people. We appreciated the Airbnb Netflix account and ample parking!

Came up late for a mommy/daughter trip. Johanna accepted our reservation (literally last minute)! very clean and comfortable! Charming space and the bed and pillows and oh my goodness the sheets!! Top notch!! Thank you so much!
