I was a solo traveler that came to Anchorage to visit friends and do some hiking. This basement studio apartment had everything I needed. I slept great every night in the comfortable bed. Juwan and his wife were very nice and helpful when I needed them. The kitchen is well equipped. I also appreciated having the washer/dryer. I loved the location and found it very easy to walk into town. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. This is a basement unit and while it didn’t bother me, you can definitely hear them upstairs. The place was immaculate. I would definitely stay here again!

Cha is a GREAT host! His attention to detail is fantastic. He made the stay totally effortless on my part. The digital lock was pretty intuitive and there's plenty of parking. After taking the elevator to the 12th floor, I was immediately impressed by the view right out the window as you walk into the studio apartment. Due to my schedule I was only able to stay one night, so I didn't really get to experience much of the surrounding area, but I could see from the window the park just a block away and on a windy day it would have been a wonderful place to fly a kite. The goal of this particular trip was to find a place close to the airport that I could schedule an Uber ride to pick me up at 4:00 in the morning. It worked out excellent! This will be my new Airport Airbnb. Thank you Cha! Keep up the good work!

Newly Remodeled Cozy Downtown Apartment

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Maria's place. We were looking for a location close to downtown for the conference I was attending, with separate bedrooms and a good internet connection. Maria's place fit the bill and we enjoyed our stay. The living room was comfy with enough seating for the two of us and this was a good location for our needs. We noticed quite a few touches that enhanced our stay, such at USB and regular outlets on the night stands, blackout curtains, a separate desk/work area, and plenty of household supplies - trash bags, soap, etc. We appreciated a secondary lock on the private space as well as the keypad into the house. We also enjoyed the cafe lights on the perimeter of the house that helped us find it easily by car and kept things feeling safe, even when we returned after dark. As there was no laundry in the unit, we did try out the Quantum Laundry Lounge on Fireweed and had a good experience.
