Sean was an amazing host! Communication and tips were spot on! It’s a great place to stay, just keep in mind in the summer there isn’t an AC, so it’s can get pretty warm in the room and with the limited window you can’t really cool it off. However I can’t wait to stay again in the cooler months! Besides from the AC I would definitely recommend Sean as a host!

Location was close to Tahoe village. The staff was very helpful. The kitchen was just a little small to cook in, but it was manageable and had everything we needed. It was very clean. Thank you.

This is the place to be if you want to be by the slopes at Heavenly! Just a few steps from the Tram! Great room, friendly staff, and just a 5 minute drive to the base, restaurants, casino, markets and shops.

Lovely studio about 10 min walk to stagecoach lodge and lift. Cozy, great views, a tub, great location and friendly staff - perfect ski getaway.

Great 2 bedroom apartment, spacious and well stocked with amenities. Was very convenient having a washer and dryer right in the apartment. Location was excellent, the gondola is right outside the hotel and a ski valet is available for hotel guests. The free valet parking was great as we had a car, although many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Check-in was a breeze as Mike had made all the room bookings under our names and we had no issues. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay! Close to Heavenly village and still has its privacy! Had no problems checking in at all.

As a family of 5 we are always disadvantaged when it comes to finding accommodation. Les's 2BR apartment at the Tahoe Ridge Resort was very spacious and even the sleep sofa was very good (something really hard to find). We had a great time and recommend his place without hesitation.

Brandi was made to host! She was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make accommodations for us that exceeded our expectations. She was so thoughtful and kind providing us with as much comfort and ease for our visit as possible. The place was perfectly clean, tidy and comfortable. It was spacious and exactly what our family needed. Would 100% recommend her and any of her listings :)

Great stay. The location was perfect, within reasonable driving distance to South Lake and Heavenly!

This was a super convenient place to stay for Heavenly. Our room was a 1BR with plenty of space for our two kid's air mattresses in the main living area. There was a large dining table that could accommodate 6 people and the kitchen had everything we needed, equipment wise, to prepare our own meals. The property has a fitness center and outdoor pool (heated and open year round). There is a cool little spot walking distance behind the property for sledding (just a park, so it's free). From a check in perspective, you are treated like a hotel guest with your own reservation - super easy check in and check out process. I'm really happy with the accommodation and value and the communication and support Mick and his team offered. 5 stars!

I actually made friendships while enjoying the natural spring hot tubs! It was absolutely unexpected and wonderful! Exceptionaly friendly, family-oriented, fun place! Beautiful surroundings and close enough to South Lake Tahoe, this is definitely one to enjoy!

We had an amazing time at this place. It was a much bigger place than we expected. There were 6 of us. 2 bedrooms and we used a pull out couch as well. The place is inside of a resort and that comes with great benefits. There were hot tubs, a swimming pool, shuttles to a casino and around the property. We got stuck ones because of the snow storm and the resort stuff was able to help by sending a snow cleaning machine. The resort is on the Nevada side and very close to a Stagecoach lift of Heavenly. And there is a small rail gondola from the resort that takes 10 min to take u down the hill if you don't wanna walk or take a shuttle. There is also a bar in the main building. We really liked the fact that the parking lot was covered and we didn't have to gig the car out after a snow storm. Also the building had a lot of hotel carts that was helpful with all of our gear and suitcases. The kitchen was stoked with all of the necessities for cooking for our group. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa over looking the pool and it was amazing. Our kids loved the room and it was so spacious for all 4 of us and all the beach and bike stuff we brought. The property is great and has so many amenities available all day. It’s located right in the heart of the village with tons of restaurants and shops to walk to. I would stay here again and recommend this to anyone looking to stay in South Lake Tahoe.

Very cozy place with Tesla charger outside the room except the weather was too nice without snows.

Shane is a wonderful host. He is kind and proactive. He provided clear, simple instructions for a seamless check-in. Shane’s villa was in a great location. Located right in the middle of Heavenly village, so easy to get great food, drinks, and around shopping. I loved the included valet parking. It made things very easy to get in and out when needed. We were a family of 5 and the villa was big enough for us to be very comfortable. Traveling with 2 young kids, space is important and this place did not lack that. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make full meals. We loved the amenities of the resort. My kids loved the pool and hot tubs and it was great to have access to a 24 hour gym. Overall, it was a really great stay and I would not hesitate to rent this villa again next time we are in South Lake Tahoe.

Beth was great at communicating all the things with us prior, during and post trip. Even when there was a little hiccup, she was quick to tackle and resolve. It was her first time using AirBNB for her place and she did a great job navigating it all and keeping us informed.

One of my best experiences staying at a hotel by far. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. The room was very clean and bathroom was spotless. Beautiful grounds that also have hiking trails from the hotel. Plus the coffee was great.

Jessica was very helpful. She saved us from a horrible situation where Hilton Vacation Club Lake Tahoe Resort South cancelled my 4 day reservation that I made back in April 2024 for Presidents Day weekend in 2025 via points on American Express. There was a storm on Friday so we delayed our arrival by 1 day. There was no attempt to contact me and they cancelled my booking when I did not arrive on Friday. The hotel was 100% booked and so was most of South Lake Tahoe due to the holiday weekend. Regardless, Jessica was able to get us into Marriott Timberlodge and we are so thankful. It was a lovely property and comfortable room. The prompt caring responses made a horrible situation manageable.

The place was exactly like the photos but I did expect it to be more like an apartment and it really is a hotel . Unfortunately we booked thinking it had a view like the photos but we ended up getting a room downstairs so no view available. The staff is super help and friendly and the amenities too notch . The use of the private beach that is a 10 min walk was definitely worth it although we did think it was beachfront and it isn’t . Other then that a hotel I would definitely book again

We had to book last minute very late in the evening. The kindness of the owners immediately put us back into vacation mode. If your interests are a pristine clean room, comfortable bed, and having money left over to enjoy a vacation in town, this is the place to be. It’s incredibly affordable and soooo super clean and comfortable. It’s in walking distance to EVERYTHING. We drove everywhere but it I wasn’t lazy, could walk 0.2 miles to lots of restaurants. 0.3 miles to the beach.
