My place is located a short distance from the Heavenly Ski Resort Boulder and Stage Coach Lodges. There are many hiking and biking trails nearby including the amazing Tahoe Rim Trail https://tahoerimtrail.org/maps-trail-info/. The condo has a fireplace, a private deck with views of Carson Valley and Tahoe Basin, a gas grill, a 4 person hot tub, 3 bedrooms (Cal King, King, and Queen Beds), two bathrooms, high-speed WiFi, and FireStick TVs. There is also access to a community pool and hot tub.

This townhouse has a two car garage on the entry level, a flight of stairs to the kitchen, half bath, living and dining rooms, then 2 bedrooms each with own bath upstairs of that. Decks off both bedrooms, living room and dining room! Four decks! Sorry no pets or parties allowed. Maximum 4 guests. 2 miles from the casinos. 2-3 miles to Heavenly Ski Lodges. The HOA pool is available summer only. The HOA hot tub is available 10am-8pm year round and is about a 5 minute drive from the townhouse.

We had a little hiccup with the hot water but Alexandra fixed it promptly. Also there are quite a few stairs to get access to the home, keep that in mind when hauling luggage and groceries in.

Robin was so helpful and communicative! She provided detailed instructions on how to access the condo. It was more spacious than I pictured it to be. Our kids were thrilled with it and kept calling it our “new home” (I wish!) There is a lovely little view of the lake through the front blinds, too. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was beautiful. Maybe 15 mins from the Lake Tahoe shopping center. Stairs up were a lot (57 steps. We counted lol) but was definitely worth it. Walked around beautiful mountain scenery. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stacked with necessities. Lots of baby proof cabinets and doors. Had lots of extra blankets and pillows. A heater if needed but we didn’t need to use it. The wall heater worked great. We had a hard time putting the big fan on but hostess messaged us back within a minute to let us know where the remote was for it. Rooms were on the small side, loft was big, when we weren’t exploring the town, we spent most of our time in the living room playing games and watching tv. It was a much needed get away from the city for us. Would stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us. 😊

Perfect location for two dad’s trying to get some slope time in. Easy walk to stagecoach lift for a reasonable price. How could I complain? The place was well decorated and have every amenity you really need, even a cozy fireplace. Would stay again without question. If you are a pillow aficionado like I am maybe consider bringing your own, but I’m sure they’re satisfactory for most people.

I took my children for a week to thaoe and we stayed at Gaeas the whole time. it was super cute perfect size it had everything you'd need and it felt so homie . the views were absolutely beautiful. I did have one issue and it was completely out of their control. the people above were absolutely completely disrespectful to all who lived there. they stomped, slammed yelled. I messaged Gaeas and she responded right away and apologized and said she was going to find out who lived there to deal with the situation.
