Well appointed, beautifully furnished condo, centrally-located, very walkable, close groceries & restaurants, Ski Run Marina, El Dorado Beach boat launch, Heavenly Ski Resort, casinos. Transient Occupancy Taxes are collected by host and passed to the City of South Lake Tahoe. Taxes are 12% of the total rental amount.

Lakeland also has a community seasonal pool, hot tub, gym, tennis court and of course a private beach! What more could you ask for? :)
