Couldn't have been more happy with the location of this townhome! Just a few steps to the private lake beach! The view was wonderful! The home had everything we needed and was very roomy and comfortable! Loved our stay, thanks!

Came for a small and laid back Bachelorette with 6 girls, space was great, private beach was AWESOME, beautiful views and setting, easy to park and check in and out, walkable to grocery and restaurants. Would definitely come back again this summer or ski season. Host responded to all messages within minutes, accommodated our requests including when unexpected things popped up at the last minute. Do bring your own basic ingredients and kitchen stuff like spices oil and plastic bags and saram wrap. But we otherwise were able to cook our own meals fine. Very satisfied and plan to return.

Paula's place was wonderful - exactly as described, quite clean and in a great location. It had everything we needed. Paula was also extremely helpful, we appreciated how quickly she responded and how considerate she was.

Good apartment, fair price, good amenities, place is fairly clean. Would come again for sure!

The location was convenient and close to south lake. The place was well equipped all across and of course as shown in pics, the view from the living room was spectacular!

Amazing place! This was the most well-equipped Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in—everything we needed was right there. It’s also in a great location, just a 3-minute drive to the Boulder lift. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back when visiting the South Lake Tahoe area again!

The cabin was beautiful! It gave such a warm and comforting feeling that is perfect if you want a relaxing getaway to Lake Tahoe. My boyfriend and friends absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The location is also great. Not too far from the main town.

Stayed he for Memorial Day weekend with the family . Very nice place with kitchen . Very quiet and peaceful surroundings . The heated pool was nice , with a view of the lake . Karen was a great host , very responsive . We really enjoyed our stay here , definitely will be back and would highly recommend. Thank you Karen for the great hospitality!

Bedrooms were on the main floor. Shower was great. I liked that there was a washer and dryer. There are lots of board games to play, it was cozy and it was right for what we needed. There was enough plates and utensils, as well as towels and toiletries. The host was very communicative and there was an on-site manager that was also very responsive. It was a great and was worth staying at. I would come here again in the future. It was also close to many things which we liked.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. We especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the easy check-in process. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. Very cool house. The hosts were great and accommodated us nicely! Responded quickly. Pool room and deck was very fun for the boys to hang out and play pool and watch nba playoffs. Exceed expectations by all of us

The place was very clean. Has a wonderful dining table seats 13. I have no complaints. Very good accommodations.

While the property itself has a few areas that could use some attention, I want to give a full 5 stars for the host, who was incredibly receptive, responsive, and open to feedback. It’s clear that this is a personally owned and managed space—not a cookie-cutter rental run by investors—and that made all the difference. The host genuinely cared about our experience and was proactive about addressing repair needs. That level of communication and accountability is rare and deeply appreciated. I’d much rather support an individual like this than stay in a corporate-owned listing. Looking forward to seeing how this space evolves under such thoughtful ownership. I would absolutely rent this property again in the future. I wish all hosts were as wonderful and caring as he is.

We loved our stay at Jose’s place! You can tell everything was recently remodeled and was done very well, with a great furniture arrangement and lots of household amenities to make for a relaxing stay. The outdoor deck was perfect for dinner in the evenings and the fans and blinds worked well to keep the space cool and comfortable without A/C. Our favorite thing was the location as we loved being able to walk and ride bikes to Nevada Beach via the nature path just at the end of the street.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Erik was very helpful with check in and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I would definitely book again and recommend this home to others. Thank you!

Our family of 4 had a great stay! The hot tub was awesome and the location was great. Our boys (2 and 5) loved the house and it was great to have 2 separate bedrooms - one for us and one for the kids.

We had a wonderful time at Ron and Kim’s beautiful home and will absolutely be back our next trip to South Lake. Their home was fully equipped with everything we could possibly want or need. Our 2 daughters had a blast playing with the kids toys in the house and the snow toys outside. We were very blessed with a 4 day storm just before arriving, so we had a blast playing in the backyard snow and going in the hot tub at night. The room set up was perfect for our family and provided an area for us to work when we needed to. We also adore the neighborhood….love how peaceful and serene it is, yet only a 5-10 min drive from everything we needed! Thank you guys! We will definitely be coming back to visit! 🙏🩵

Great place to stay and the amenities and process was super quick. The only hiccup is that the entrance to the drive way is easy to miss, but entering the unit was seamless. Overall would stay again!

Vince’s cabin was the perfect spot for an unforgettable guys weekend in South Lake Tahoe! The place had everything we needed—spacious, super clean, and loaded with mountain vibes. We had plenty of room to hang out, play pool, relax. The hot tub was a major highlight—ideal for relaxing after a day of adventures (or a long night out). The cabin felt private and tucked away in the trees, but still close to all the action—lakes, hiking, bars, you name it. Vince was an awesome host, super responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. If you’re planning a guys/girls trip in Tahoe, this is the spot. 10/10 would book again!

My family enjoyed the home. There was plenty of space, beautiful bedrooms and a wonderful kitchen. (I love that I It had two dishwashers ). During our stay, my son had an unfortunate health incident, and Maria allowed us to stay an extra night at the last minute. We really appreciated that. The neighborhood is lovely, and the place again was absolutely beautiful!
