Modern 2-story apartment with fabulous panoramic views

This apartment convinces above all by one thing: the magnificent panoramic view of the nearby mountains. But that's not all, because the spacious apartment over two floors is modern and high-quality equipped. The whirlpool bath and the mostly Swiss stone pine beds invite you to relax, a cot and a high chair are available on request. All rooms are flooded with light and due to the location, particularly quiet. The house consists of three apartments spread over four floors. On each level there is at least one living room/ bedroom and/ or living room/ dining room. We have already rented many apartments ourselves and have therefore oriented ourselves to our own, rather demanding needs. With us you will find high-quality equipment with many extras, which we do not charge separately at the moment. There are no single rooms in the classic sense. However, there are many different sleeping options: - in the attic: room with two single beds, usable as a double bed (single mattresses, 90*190 with fixed foot section) Gallery with two single beds, usable as a double bed (single mattresses, 90*200) and a sofa (usable as a mattress storage (two beds, for children depending on age also three or four) Bathroom with toilet, whirlpool and washing machine Building services room (not accessible to guests) Two beanbags - panoramic floor (2nd floor): Canopy bed (two single mattresses, 90*200) two couches with up to two beds each (pocket spring mattress plus separate mattress topper, lying area approx. 110*200) WC Bathroom with WC Kitchen with dining table for about four people Living room with dining table for about ten people Two lounge chairs Each of the three apartments has its own access. The house has a locking system, so that even combinations of apartments can be booked and committed with a key. By phone, Whatsapp almost always available. In addition, we have a housekeeping team, which is available by arrangement and, if necessary, for a fee for further services. The nearest neighbors live about 200 meters away, the place Alpirsbach itself starts only about 700 meters. The house is wonderfully lonely on a south-facing slope in the forest overlooking the Kinzig Valley. By car and train you can arrive wonderfully, both in the south and north direction easily accessible. Experience for yourself, pictures can not really reproduce the unique atmosphere in the middle of the forest and view into the Kinzig Valley 1:1. We look forward to your visit!

Exclusive with sauna in the idyllic Feissenhof

The guests have the entire middle floor at their complete disposal. The lower floor is temporarily occupied by the owner as long as no guests are present. In addition, the entire property (approx. 1 hectare) is available. This is completely fenced. There is also a swimming pond, which invites you to swim in the summer. The wood-heated bathtub and barrel sauna are also exclusively available for the guests. The apartment and the entire property are entirely yours. If you have any questions, I am reachable by phone. It may happen that necessary work is carried out in the garden (e.g. snow removal). The small town of Schönwald with 2400 inhabitants is in the heart of the Black Forest. It is one of the most idyllic corners of this natural paradise and is known for its pleasant climate. The Feissenhof is located just under two kilometers outside Schönwald. In Schönwald you will find all the facilities for your daily needs and the tourist information. In the northern neighboring village of Triberg are Germany's highest waterfalls as well as a train station with connection to the Black Forest Railway. A beautiful AirBnb! We felt very comfortable in the apartment Very clean and cozy. The place is very quiet. Perfect for a little getaway. The apartment has had close to everything you need for a short vacation. Wifi in the object is probably already an issue, as we could hear from the conversation with the lady on site. In general, the contact was very friendly, courteous and helpful. We will definitely come back.

The surroundings are very beautiful. The house was great for a family with 4 relatively grown up children. We all felt at home, and the living room was great for homework and family talks. Kitchen greatly equipped . The host had lots of great tips for trips in the environment. the next big supermarket is 10 minutes car ride away. bring euro coins for the washing machine, every wash is 3 euros. the internet is a bit slow

We highly recommend this place. The welcome, as well as the exchange, was very warm, friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable right away. The place is as described, very modern, clean and well appointed. We didn't miss anything in the accommodation. You can quickly reach Hofstetten and Haslach on foot. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We used the property with our 10 month old baby. He had plenty to see. The tractors, as well as the cow pasture were also a highlight for our son. There was also a travel bed and a high chair available. We will definitely be back and would book the place again at any time. Thank you for a great holiday.

We enjoyed the time in the accommodation very much and found everything we needed. There were three of us and there was loose space. The only thing we missed was an oven or a small oven. However, the super nice landlords have assured that this would already be planned. We can really recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay in this accomodation a lot. From this location, we were able to visit the Schwarzwald Nationalpark, the Rheinfall in Schaffhausen (Schweiz), the Erste Weltgrosste Kuckucksuhr in Schonach, the Deutsches Phonomuseum in St Georgen, the Schwarzwaldmuseum in Triberg, and MANY hiking trails in the forests of Hochschwarzwald. The apartment offered us everything we needed to relax in between the trips. Also, the kitchen appliances came in very handy for preparing our meals.

Cozy, comfortable, spacious, safe, private, clean and with a private parking space. Comfy beds and well equipped, plus garden with a covered seating area. Easy check in and good communication. 15 mins walk to town centre and plenty of local supermarkets. Great base for Freiburg and the Black Forest and France is just over the river. Highly recommended.
