Unsere ca. 40qm grosse Gästewohnung ist das ideale Basiscamp für mobile Personen welche Freiburg & Umgebung entdecken wollen. Die tageslichtdurchflutete Souterainwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen Außensitzplatz (für z.B. Frühstücke im Sonnenschein). Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

A small and very cozy apartment in Freiburg-Herdern, with a large terrace with a view of the city. Right on the edge of town and black forest, best location, south-facing slope with a view of Freiburg, the Schönberg, the Kaiserstuhl and the Vosges. The apartment is fully furnished, mostly newly developed and furnished with a tile floor and solid wood furniture. Super quiet location and ideal for nature lovers. Zwei Zimmer stehen in meiner kleinen vier Zimmer Altbauwohnung zu verfügung. Beide sind ausgestattet mit einem 140cm Bett. In der „kruschteligen“ Küche findest ihr alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Vom HBF direkt in die Wohnung, kein Problem. Zentraler in Freiburg wohnen geht nicht. Es freut uns, dass Sie sich für unsere neu renovierte 40 m2 Wohnung interessieren. Die Besonderheit ist wirklich die Lage in zweiter Reihe zum HBF, der einladende Balkon und die hochwertige neue Einrichtung. Hier fehlt es Ihnen an nichts. Was in Freiburg due to training and the accommodation was only a few minutes' walk from the seminar. So perfect location for this and tram stops right in front of the house. The welcome was very warm and Edyta also gave tips for the stay and would always be responsive and helpful if needed. Highlighted are coffee/tea, hygiene products, etc. that are available. Very nice and not self-evident!

We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. It is stylishly decorated, spacious and was spotlessly clean. We were able to check in flexibly and the host goes out of their way to make it as comfortable as possible. Less than 30 minutes by bus and tram you are in the best, green location to downtown Fribourg, which is very comfortable! We left the car in front of the property. Overall, the apartment is highly recommended and we will be happy to come back!

Great accommodation! The room had a nice view of Freiburg and with the tram you can easily get to the city (even if you have to walk 10 minutes to the tram). Otherwise, the accommodation was always very clean and the communication with Ulrike was very pleasant and friendly!
