This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Romantic Apartment with Balcony in the Heart of a Town

Gaze out from this beautiful balcony with flowers and you will see the downtown, and the Black Forest mountains in the background. Reading a book with glass of local wine in the sunset is just a dream. Apartment has high ceilings, big windows, plenty of day light, parquet floors. Cozy atmosphere, Laura Ashley style with floral wallpaper and good furnishings. TV facility, free internet, fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping room has king-size bed, working table and a big wardrobe. Living room with balcony contains sleeping sofa for two. The bath is cozy, has towels, all toiletries. As I already mentioned, appartment is designed, decorated and renovated will love and care to all details. Whole bath sanitary technic (WC/shower/lavatory) is new. You have fresh slepers, shampoo, shower gel, hygiene accessories, towels, etc in the bath. Whole appartment is at your disposal. Laundry is downstairs . Owner of appartment lives very close by, what gives you as a guest the opportunity to better organise your cultural programme and logistic matters. The apartment is on a quiet street close to the 'Thermal Area' and all the must-sees of Baden-Baden. It's just 80 meters to the central square, Augustaplatz, with an evangelical church, congress hall, fountains, great restaurants, and a supermarket. Main central Bus station is just in about 100m down the street, on Augustaplatz. It gives you all possible connections, one of which is direct bus line to Railway Station (Bus 201). !! Very important: city tax 3,8 EUR/person/day (18+) must be paid extra. Please consider that. You can find in Appartment a wide offer on excursions on Baden-Baden, surroundings, Black Forest as well as on thermal/wellness/fitness arrangements and diagnostic possibilities of Baden-Baden. Shuttle service from/to the airport is offered for extra charge (pls request). You can also request a help of medical escorting/translation or even organisation of spa or medical treatments (professional application).

Step into the past amid modern luxury in this apartment set in a revitalized old building from 1895. The residence features wood flooring and decor, touches of color amid neutral tones, a slight mid-century modern aesthetic, and an outdoor lounge space. In our luxurious apartment at the Federal Administrative Court you live in the heart of Leipzig. The apartment is the ideal apartment for singles or couples. It is an elaborately renovated old building with a luxurious ambience. The 50 square meter apartment combines the nostalgia of the old town house with modern living comfort. Real wood parquet and high ceilings with indirect light as well as the matching modern furnishing details provide a very individual atmosphere. All pictures were shot by us and mostly reflect our Greece trips. The apartment has TV and radio; High-speed Internet via Wi-Fi is included in the rental rates. Of course you will find towels and a hair dryer in the modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (Villeroy & Boch, WMF, etc.). parking: The side street offers free parking. There is a private parking for 15 euros per night. komplett complete The apartment is located in the heart of Leipzig's city center. The renowned street, "Karli" is within walking distance of the building as well as the Johanna and Clara-Zetkin Parks. There are two stops right outside the front door and the city center is just a road crossing away. Perfect location for all concerns. Parking is possible in the side street, where almost always a place is available. Despite the good connection, the apartment is very quiet, as the windows go to the courtyard. Please wash dishes before leaving and throw garbage into the garbage containers in the courtyard.
