The studio apartment is located in the heart of leafy Graefekiez in Kreuzberg, one of Berlin’s most popular & beautiful neighbourhoods with its many preserved historic buildings. The flat itself has a big balcony and views into the quiet and green courtyard. The apartment is fully furnished and offers full access to fresh bed sheets & lines, towels, wifi, and basic cleaning and washing materials. There is a washing machine and dryer in the building. The bed is a good sized double bed (160 width) and the apartment has a little bit of storage space for your clothing. Kitchen and bathroom are newly refurbished with beautiful marble tiles. The kitchen is equipped with a mini hob, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher as well as a nice working/ eating space looking out onto the balcony. As soon as you step out of the building you have got everything you need on your doorstep. Other amenities - Hairdryer - WiFi - First aid kit - Smoke detectors - Fire extinguisher - Balcony with table and chairs - Washing machine & dryer on request, service for a wash & dry available for 10 EUR - Iron and iron-table on request It's completely your apartment whilst you're staying here, all I am asking for is that you are respectful of the neighbours as well as the apartment and that you don't smoke or have parties. I live in the same building so am usually around to help with recommendations/ suggestions/ general info. I will arrange meeting with you upon arrival to hand over the keys and to give you a run through everything in the flat. The studio apartment is located in the heart of Kreuzberg, Berlin's most multicultural neighborhood. Everything you need is on your doorstep. Great restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and galleries. The underground is a 2 min walk and there is a beautiful park & canal (Hasenheide & Maybachufer) for walks/ jogging next door. The colourful Turkish Market is around the corner and the many vintage and local artisan shops in the beautiful old buildings make this neighborhood a pleasure to stroll through. The apartment is located directly on the underground line U8 (station "Schönleinstrasse") which crosses the center of the city from North to South and hits many tourist spots. The underground station "Schönleinstrasse" is a 2 min walk away. The U7 and U1 underground lines are also nearby and a 5min walk away (station "Hermannplatz" or "Kottbuser Tor") - here you can travel from East to West. The U1 is Berlin's party line as it hits many drinking and clubbing spots. --> to Alexanderplatz/Mitte 8min --> to Berlin Central Station 20min --> to City West/ Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten 20 min --> to Friedrichstrasse/ Brandenburg Gate 15 min --> to Mauerpark 20 min --> to Berlin Tegel Airport 40min --> to Berlin Schönefeld Airport 36min Berlin is also an extremely mobile city when it comes to car/ bike/ moped shares which you can rent for short trips on every corner of the neighbourhood easily with your mobile app. Contact me for information on this if you need. Parking in the area is free but usually requires a bit of searching for a parking spot. Since the 1st of January 2014 all private Berlin visitors have to pay the so called City Tax. This 5% tax has to be paid on top of the price you pay on Airbnb and will be collected during your check in. This legislation affects all guests staying in hotels or private accommodation, except for guests staying longer than 21 days, or business travellers who have proof that they are in Berlin professionally. For more information please refer to the federal state of Berlin website. I speak German, English, Polish, Spanish. Extra cleans are also available at anytime with extra charge, please let me know in advance if you need it.

Modern 2-floor apartment with fabulous panoramic views

This apartment convinces above all by one thing: the magnificent panoramic view of the nearby mountains. But that's not all, because the spacious apartment over two floors is modern and high-quality equipped. The whirlpool bath and the mostly Swiss stone pine beds invite you to relax, a cot and a high chair are available on request. All rooms are flooded with light and due to the location, particularly quiet. The house consists of three apartments spread over four floors. On each level there is at least one living room/ bedroom and/ or living room/ dining room. We have already rented many apartments ourselves and have therefore oriented ourselves to our own, rather demanding needs. With us you will find high-quality equipment with many extras, which we do not charge separately at the moment. There are no single rooms in the classic sense. However, there are many different sleeping options: - in the attic: room with two single beds, usable as a double bed (single mattresses, 90*190 with fixed foot section) Gallery with two single beds, usable as a double bed (single mattresses, 90*200) and a sofa (usable as a mattress storage (two beds, for children depending on age also three or four) Bathroom with toilet, whirlpool and washing machine Building services room (not accessible to guests) Two beanbags - panoramic floor (2nd floor): Canopy bed (two single mattresses, 90*200) two couches with up to two beds each (pocket spring mattress plus separate mattress topper, lying area approx. 110*200) WC Bathroom with WC Kitchen with dining table for about four people Living room with dining table for about ten people Two lounge chairs Each of the three apartments has its own access. The house has a locking system, so that even combinations of apartments can be booked and committed with a key. By phone, Whatsapp almost always available. In addition, we have a housekeeping team, which is available by arrangement and, if necessary, for a fee for further services. The nearest neighbors live about 200 meters away, the place Alpirsbach itself starts only about 700 meters. The house is wonderfully lonely on a south-facing slope in the forest overlooking the Kinzig Valley. By car and train you can arrive wonderfully, both in the south and north direction easily accessible. Experience for yourself, pictures can not really reproduce the unique atmosphere in the middle of the forest and view into the Kinzig Valley 1:1. We look forward to your visit!

Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Step into the past amid modern luxury in this apartment set in a revitalized old building from 1895. In our luxurious apartment at the Federal Administrative Court you live in the heart of Leipzig. The apartment is the ideal apartment for singles or couples. It is an elaborately renovated old building with a luxurious ambience. The 50 square meter apartment combines the nostalgia of the old town house with modern living comfort. Real wood parquet and high ceilings with indirect light as well as the matching modern furnishing details provide a very individual atmosphere. All pictures were shot by us and mostly reflect our Greece trips. The apartment has TV and radio; High-speed Internet via Wi-Fi is included in the rental rates. Of course you will find towels and a hair dryer in the modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (Villeroy & Boch, WMF, etc.). parking: The side street offers free parking. There is a private parking for 15 euros per night. komplett complete The apartment is located in the heart of Leipzig's city center. The renowned street, "Karli" is within walking distance of the building as well as the Johanna and Clara-Zetkin Parks. There are two stops right outside the front door and the city center is just a road crossing away. Perfect location for all concerns. Parking is possible in the side street, where almost always a place is available. Despite the good connection, the apartment is very quiet, as the windows go to the courtyard. Please wash dishes before leaving and throw garbage into the garbage containers in the courtyard.
